All apartments have been designed to be fully self-catering with all modern amenities including full kitchen (oven/hob/dishwasher), orthopaedic mattresses, 100% cotton bedsheets, independent bathroom/shower, AC and WIFI throughout. This is the first floor suite which occupies the entire first floor. It has an independent bedroom and separate ensuite bathroom. A sofa bed in the living area is available for additional guests. These spaces are common and shared with the other single-bedroom (penthouse) apartment in the same building. It also has access to a shared washing machine/dryer/ironing facilities. Guests will be able to access all common parts of the property (entrance/ground floor lobby/ two levels of outdoor spaces/sundeck). PLEASE NOTE: this apartment is on the first floor with a flights of stairs and no elevator. We live on the island and are happy to provide any help, information, advice or recommendations as required. The townhouse is nestled in the pedestrian heart of Gozo—the Isle of Joy—among ancient alleyways of the old capital. It's 50 yards from the Basilica of St. George and its fabulously vibrant square. On foot, bicycle or public transport is best. This house is approx 300 years old, where old meets new, having traditional floor tiles, stone staircase and wooden beams. It is situated in the lovely village of Rabat only 2mins walk from the old capital city of Mdina, the Roman Villa, Howard Gardens and many other historical places. It is a 1 minute walk away from the main bus terminus and parking area, restaurants and shops. The Sunday market is within walking distance. Although having all amenities nearby,it is a quite pedestrian street.

Also the beautiful San Anton Botanical Gardens which form part of the Grandmaster's Presidential Palace are an 8 minute walk away.
