Our adult only gite complex provides you with 17 acres of private peaceful surroundings. We are nestled in a tranquil valley close to a bustling village on the banks of the Lot river. Our gites are an easy drive to the Dordogne. Your self catering accommodation is situated in a small complex with three gites, allowing you to unwind and relax.

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.
