Your hosts Harry & Cris invite you to a solace you can only find in the beautiful, serene countryside of the Périgord. The Snug House is our fully renovated, 17th century guest house, 70m2 (753 sq ft) - with a spacious front and back yard - located on our 4.5 hectare property in Eyraud-Crempse-Maurens, and entirely private in both its interior space and outdoor surroundings. The Snug House is a 10 minute drive to Bergerac and an hour from Bordeaux and its wine country.

We are located a few minutes northeast of Bergerac and a stone's throw from the village of Saint Georges de Monclard. Our estate is surrounded by three hectares of greenery, has a nice swimming pool and is an ideal base for all your getaways. This gite for 4 or 5 with a contemporary design has complete equipment to offer you maximum comfort.

Located in the city center in a quiet cul-de-sac, you can do everything on foot. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet, close to the historic center, restaurants. To do your shopping you just have to cross the street, it's ideal! The LOPIC hedgehog is a 135 m2 single-story house with steps with a fenced garden of 800 m2 with private swimming pool and petanque court, comfortably accommodating 10 adults. Our house is located in Cours de Pile in the Purple Perigord. Close to Bergerac (5 km), Monbazillac (10 km) or the hills of Pécharmant, you are also close to Sarlat and Les Eyzies, and many tourist sites such as Lascaux... A shopping center is only 3 km from the house.

In a warm atmosphere combining all the charms of the buildings of yesteryear as well as the most modern amenities, you can enjoy the 80 m² of this apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Let yourself be seduced by this antique house built in 1736 by a city trader and enjoy this ground floor apartment formerly used to store the best wines of Bergerac.
