Own house with all facilities in very scenic surroundings. The house is newly built and will eventually be a choir home on the farm that has hay pastures, dogs and hens. The house is located under 1 hour travel path to: Bø with its summer land and climbing park Kongsberg with the Silver Mines and the Alpinsenter/Ski Center Rjukan with world heritage, bathing land, climbing park and Gaustablikk with alpine and cross-country Gaustatoppen, Lifjell and Blefjell Tilodden with Blues festival, Stavkirka, Telemarksgallery and World Heritage is about 30 mins. drive. Just choose and evoke experiences and tours, or to enjoy quiet days and the good life of the countryside.

"The view" on Bolkesjø, at the foot of Blefjell!

The apartment is located on Bolkesjø in Notodden municipality. Around there are nice hiking areas, and a beautiful panoramic view of the Telemarks Mountains, among other things. Gaustatoppen and Lifjell, there are still superb conditions in the ski slopes all over Blefjell (updated 9/4-23). The space has good sun conditions, and the area is just as nice in both summer and winter. Blefjell, Gausta area and Kongsberg ski center can be found within an hour's drive. The area invites you to outdoor activities, a short way to water and mountains.

Modern cabin in a very unashamed location

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking possibilities straight from the cabin door, summer and winter. The cabin is very private and snug without noise in a great natural setting, with good distance to the cabin neighbor. The cabin has a living room/kitchen w/fireplace, access to a great terrace with lovely views, three cozy bedrooms and tiled bathroom/laundry w/ heating cables in the floor and washing machine. The bedrooms have: (1) 160cm bed respectively (2) 120 cm bed (3) "Family bunk" with 120 cm bed below and 80 cm above.

Accomodation with location about 1 min walk to USN and 20 min walk to city center. 7 min walk to food nook . Indoor living room w/kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms. The one bedroom is the double bed (120cm), the other bedroom two single beds(90cm) In the living room there is a sofa bed (90cm) wiped out 180cm. Plus a big buzzer. The apartment has a private entrance and free parking. The apartment is downstairs, arrival via stairs. The summer months it possible to use the pavilion outside the entrance.

In summer there is bathing water 5 min walk from the cottage ,with bathing area, fishing opportunities and access to boat. It is the canoe at the cabin, which is available to the tenants.
