B&B JAPANICHE is a 3-story, newly built in February 2020 with breakfast in 3 separate rooms. There are 2 rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, and 1 room that can accommodate up to 2 people. Each room is equipped with a family bath, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, and free Wi-Fi that is safe to take a bath with children. For multi-family and group travel, you can stay in a private space. The owner lives on the third floor, so it is possible to deal with sudden problems with peace of mind. Starting from B&B Japanese, you can go to major tourist cities such as Kobe, Kyoto, Nara and Wakayama on a day trip. There are 3 stations and excellent access to USJ!You can also access Namba and Tennoji without changing trains.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto This house used to be one big guest house, but since this Covid19, I have stopped running the guest house and I started to live here with my wife and 2 kids. However I didn't want to quit so I left the good part. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the concept, The slope in front of the house is hard. There is stairs to go up, check online map before you book.

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
