  • Absolutely amazing place! Just as described, and Lance was super outgoing and nice, can’t wait to come stay again!

    Scott2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • Such a beautiful home. Lance was very nice, polite and flexible with any requests we had. Bukowski was adorable, friendly and a great addition to the experience. The house was very clean when we got there, we had no issues and really enjoyed the entire time during this stay. I recommend this spot as a good place to get away and relax with some of the best views.

    Matthew2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Lance was really nice, comfortable to be around and very helpful for what to do around Portland and other things. He even made us coffee in the morning! The views were gorgeous, especially waking up for the sunrise. If you are looking for a place to stay with a good view, and you like cats, this is the place!!

    Andres2020-02-16T00:00:00Z

  • This stay was great! Views are amazing! The cat was very friendly. Lance was a great host. Rain shower was awesome!

    Lindsey2019-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • Lance was such a great host, super helpful as well as easy to get along with. Bukowski did steal my heart<3 This by far, is my favorite place I have stayed. I'll dream about living the dream that Lance has for a long time...his taste is impeccable, especially if you are a sucker for MidCentury Modern decor. I didn't want to leave the treehouse oasis. Thanks for everything Lance!

Our stunning guest house has everything you need! Revel in the luxurious, lofted queen bedroom, where vaulted ceilings & large windows deliver floods of natural light. Cook a special meal over wine in the modern kitchen, or indulge in complimentary Stumptown coffee & organic cream! Walk 1 block to bustling Division St to restaurants, coffeeshops, foodcarts, & other urban adventures! Escape to the forests of Mt Tabor, just a 10-minute walk! Enjoy privacy- guesthouse is at the back of property :-)
The loft is located in our backyard in Southeast Portland. While we are only steps away if you need us, the space is very private. In fact, guests report that they forget they are in the middle of the city when they stay in our space! We live in a desirable and fun neighborhood, and parking can be tight! Guests usually find parking within a block or two of our house. At night or during busy times of the day, parking can be found within two short blocks. Guests may feel free to use our driveway for loading/unloading. We do not have a TV in the guesthouse, but offer excellent wifi access.
Our neighborhood has everything you will need, mostly within a five-minute walk! And if you want to visit a different part of the city, there is convenient public transportation around the corner. Check out excellent coffeeshops blocks away (Good Coffee and Stumptown), delicious and intimate restaurants (Bete Lukas, Tasty & Daughters, Petite Provence, Fern Kitchen), or walk up to Mt. Tabor Park. If you're into yoga, there's an awesome space (Yoga Union) around the corner.
  • Laurel & Brian’s guest house did not disappoint! It was very clean and comfortable- felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for my stay during the work week and the location was very convenient.

In the middle of a restaurant, brewery, coffee, and Portlandia paradise! This private one bedroom apartment is located in the vibrant Hawthorne District, considered to be one of the best neighborhoods for tourists in the city! Close to everything! I am a food blogger (pizza) here in Portland, and love sharing my favorite spots in the city. See our reviews! The apt is under our living space, has sound mitigation, and includes its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Brand new concrete floors throughout, with insulation underneath. • This is a gem tucked into a safe neighborhood near Hawthorne in Portland. Blaine and Taylor are gracious hosts who communicate often to make sure you have what you need and are comfortable. The bed is amazing! It is one of the most comfortable I have slept on away from home. You will find this apartment to be efficient and set up with everything you will need. Lots of welcoming special touches. We loved our five day stay there!

    Jean2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • Blaine is an extremely responsive, helpful and welcoming host. The apartment is spotless, and he provides all that is needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is great! As Blaine describes in his listing, there is some noise transfer from the upstairs to the downstairs apartment...specifically footsteps. Unfortunately, I was awakened by footsteps in the middle of the night, even though I know that folks upstairs where trying to be quiet. That said, if you are sensitive to noise, as I am, this may not be the best place for you to stay. Blaine does provide a white noise machine. My son, who slept on the pullout sofa in the living room, found these to be very helpful.

  • This Hawthorne Haven is amazing. So close to the action in Portland for food and fun. Very chic and stylish place to keep you cozy. Just a Uber or Lyft to any hotspot and the “Haven” is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Prefect place to stay if you are new to Portland! 5 stars!

    McArthur2020-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great space that was very clean and just as advertised. The location was perfect, parking was a non issue, and it was very quiet despite being in a densely populated area.

    Jordan2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • I absolutely adore this place! My partner and I came in town for the weekend and never wanted to leave this space when it came time to follow our own itinerary. It was so clean, smelled great, is super and so freaking cute! Blaine provided great accommodations/complimentary items with the space. I love that they provided a manual for the entire place and its gadgets along with recommended places to site-see and to eat; it was very helpful and much appreciated. I hope to stay here for all my visits back to Portland if I can. I was not in a hurry to leave.

The neighborhood is gorgeous and not far from the river walk. The space is well suited for a couple. It had everything we needed - well heated, nice fluffy towels, comfy bed, good coffee, fridge, and some delightful touches (nice moisturizer, book of things to do). Check in was very simple, Sari was responsive. Highly recommend!

    April2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Space was cute and clean! Always easily accessible and within walking distance to plenty of great shops and restaurants! The bed was extremely comfortable and the upstairs news was not bothersome.

    Jamie2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • The bed and comfort of the home exceeded expectations. I normally book private single homes for my Airbnb experiences, however it was a very pleasant stay and very private considering the room is a part of the main house in the basement. As a guest you can be as private or social as you want! Excellent location close to everything. The host family was very gracious and welcoming. Perfect for solo travelers!

Magic Barn, circa 1936, former sculpture studio restored by community artists with old growth barn wood, upcycled furnishings, kitchen, claw foot bath, baby amenities, with a sculpture garden. Centrally located in the heart of a charming restaurant and boutique district; 3 blocks to SE Hawthorne and Division. 15 minutes the the airport, downtown and convention center. 4 bus stops and rental bikes within 3 blocks, ample free street parking. Book The Magic House in conjunction for 10 people.
Built with Love! We are permitted by the city of Portland to host 10 guests at the Magic Barn and The Magic House, which are adjacent. Please feel free with questions to see if we can accommodate the needs of your large or small group: The Magic House Link: https://airbnb.com/h/themagichouse Cannabis is legal in Oregon. You are welcome to responsibly smoke tobacco and cannabis outside only. There are many dispensaries within walking distance. Family amenities are available upon request: portable crib, baby bath, high chair, etc. The Magic Barn was Todji's sculpture studio for fifteen years. Most of the sculptures in the sculpture garden were sculpted right here and are exhibited for everyone to experience. When Todji first moved into the main house as a renter, the Magic Barn was a crooked old shed with broken windows, no electricity, water or heat and was filled with trash. Todji turned it into his sculpture studio, and then purchased the house in 2004 when banks were giving loans to anyone, including self-employed artists! Todji rented rooms to other artists while restoring the old house and building his career as a fine art sculptor. Todji and Gisele painted the outside of The Magic House and Magic Barn with seven colors over three summers. During the summer of 2015 Todji designed and built the Magic Barn with the talented carpenters and fine art painters Theo Holdt and TJ Ravenwolf. The interior wood siding are salvaged old growth barn planks, and the ceiling is made of the original 1936 rafters and sheathing. Look at the outside walls to see the twist in the structure, and Gisele's beautiful painting! TJ’s painting is hanging above the couch. TJ is native American from the Alaskan tribes of Koyukon Athabaskan and Muscogee Creek. TJ collected all of the natural pigments in the painting from areas around Oregon in prayer, and his prayer in painting now graces the Magic Barn. Todji and Gisele produce public art bronze sculpture monuments for US cities which you may already have seen, or that you may see one day. Hobie is your onsite host and he He is a novelist and professional writer. He is available to both respect privacy and also assist during your stay. We support the local art community by giving cleaning and maintenance work at the Magic House to community artists. Thank you for reading our story, we hope to host you at the Magic Barn!
The Magic Barn is centrally located in one of the most charming and hip neighborhoods in Portland. With the center of both SE Hawthorne and SE Division St within 3 blocks, there is an abundance of restaurants, boutique browsing, grocery stores, neighborhood strolling, and park hiking options within walking distance. See a movie, or just step in to witness the beautiful and iconic McMenamin's Bagdad theater, accompanied by an incredible restaurant/bar/pool hall in the back called the "Back Stage Bar", at SE 37th and Hawthorne. It will give you a feel for classic Portland! We are minutes from Mt Tabor park which has a lovely forest with walking trails sitting upon a dormant volcano, and we are 45 minutes to the spectacular 600 foot tall Multnomah waterfall in the gorgeous Columbia River Gorge scenic area. Division is the new up and coming Southeast neighborhood. With lots of modern architecture, new restaurants and shops you will get a feel for the freshest vibe Portland has to offer. Here is a list to get you started: Restaurants: (The options are endless but here are a few popular favorites!) Below are the names of hikes that we love and recommend. Check the website to find a hike with a distance and fitness level that suits you. For those who are visiting the gorge for the first time, I recommend visiting the most spectacular, and also the most touristicated, 600 foot Multnomah Falls. A quiet, cozy bedroom & a bathroom on the ground floor of a beautiful, modern new home in a verdant, friendly Southeast Portland neighborhood. Enthusiastic greeting by very friendly dogs & cat comes standard!
As a courtesy to our guests, our check-in time is 2:00 pm; however, as we both work weekdays, we cannot have the rooms ready until 5:30 or so. What this means is that our guests are welcome to make themselves at home in their living room or just drop their bags off and head out exploring, but they won't be able to rest their weary heads or hit the showers until we've had a chance to get home and tidy up. There is an entire floor available in our newish home smack-dab in the heart of fun, accessible Southeast Portland! This means that our guest(s) get not only their own quiet bedrooms, but also a private full bathroom AND their own nicely-appointed living room (please note: the first-floor living room is NOT private, as it does not have a ceiling and is the way between the front door of the house and the stairs to the second floor). We are steps away from a frequent-service bus line, a terrific ramen shop, a pizza joint, two coffee shops, and, best of all, a Trader Joe's! The house is about two miles south of the trendy Hawthorne district, one mile south of nationally-recognized Division Street, and about four miles east of downtown Portland. The house itself is a beautiful, soaring Doug Fir- and hemlock-constructed dream home decorated with one-of-kind glass art pieces and potted succulents. Our guests have access to our fabulous kitchen in addition to their own first-floor amenities. We have a very friendly housecat you will likely meet during your stay, but the guest bedroom and guest bathroom doors are kept closed for the comfort of allergen-sensitive guests. We also have two friendly dogs who will greet you eagerly upon your arrival, but who otherwise spend their time hanging out with us and don't wander much to the guest floor. Lastly, to our guests during the colder months: the guest floor tends to be the coolest in the house, and we provide space heaters and afghans for your comfort, but we figure we should let you know ahead of time that if you run cold, ours may not be the ideal place for your stay.
Our neighborhood is so great! We are really close to several cool Portland hubs, but we're on a relatively quiet residential street so we truly have the best of all worlds.

    Jen2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • This place is in a great community in the suburbs of Portland. Parking on the street was never a problem. The tiny house doesn't have built in heat, but putting the space heater on and closing the bedroom doors kept the room at a comfortable temperature through the night. Also loved that there were some small appliances, shampoo, towels, and dishes to help someone trying to relax for the day or make something quick between plans.

Welcome to the Petite Suite! This cozy, bright space has been curated with comfort in mind. Perfect for a short getaway, or as a home base for adventures in the greater Portland area. The space comfortably sleeps up to three adults, and offers a private bathroom complete with washer and dryer. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions; as your potential hosts we are committed to ensuring a good experience. *Please read full description about the space for mobility considerations.
The Petite Suite is situated in the lower level of an early 20th century cottage. The large windows offer plenty of natural light, brightening the tidy space. The suite is comprised of a main bedroom, a sitting room, hallway and bathroom. The main bedroom features a comfy queen bed, plush robes, small closet space, and a garden view. The sitting room is a lovely space for coffee in the morning, or reading / relaxing in the evenings. The sitting room can also double as a bedroom if needed; the sofa includes a pull out twin mattress. Enjoy access to a private bathroom, complete with washer and dryer, and excellent water pressure. Coffee, tea, and bottled water are available, as well as basic dining and meal prep dishes. Please feel free to walk around the garden and make use of the three season porch. *Please Note the Following Mobility and Child Safety Considerations* 1. To enter the suite one must use a set of cobblestone stairs without hand rails. We are more than happy to allow entrance to the suite through the main home whenever needed for those who need more security when climbing stairs (this also requires climbing and descending stairs, but the stair sets do have hand rails). 2. The suite is ideally set up for no more than three adults, or two adults and up to two children, please keep this in mind when booking. 3. There is a small pond in our garden located about 12 feet from the entrance to the suite. If a party including small children is staying at the suite, please be mindful of their safety around the pond. Thank you very much!
The Petite Suite is located in downtown Gladstone, within short walking distance of a coffee shop, pizza shop, Indian food, local bars, a library, and a great park with water features for kids. Several buses serve stops about a block away, and Portland's incredible TriMet public transport system can get you wherever you need to go in the Metro area. We are a 3 min drive / 10 min bus ride to Oregon City, a historic town voted America's #1 Main Street this year. (And home to our favorite bakery in the States, Grano Bakery.)

  • This is truly a charming place. A little gem set slightly back off the street in a seemingly safe neighborhood. The furniture and decor are very tastefully done, very relaxing and very cheery. There are little garden views out of all the windows and a small library of really good books. The place is super clean and the hosts are very thoughtful and attentive. We would definitely return if we are back in this area again.

  • Small but cute lil place right in the suburbs of Portland. The place is super clean, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!

    Lori2019-12-14T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I needed a quiet space to recharge during an intense weekend of meetings in the Portland area. This space was so relaxing and cozy - just what we needed. There was an electric kettle for heating water up, paired with some tea and coffee. Then there was the intriguing and engaging book collection that we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. If you need a private space in the Portland area, don’t think twice about this place.

    Sonia2019-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • Rachel and Shaun’s place was the perfect suite for a weekend getaway! It was quiet and clean, and our hosts were responsive and accommodating.

  • Brittany's place was so great! It's one block away from walking around downtown Oregon City. Perfect for us since we love Ingrid's! The space was beautifully decorated and felt like home. The bed in the master bedroom was my favorite part though, it's so comfortable! I didn't even want to get out of bed for coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend this home!

  • Wonderful place with excellent value! I will say that if you are over 5’6”, you’ll have a great time in the shower.

    Alicia2019-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Jonathan’s place provides a lot of space and conveniences very close to several PDX bus stops. The washer and dryer are in the lower level which is the one I rented. I was there in July/August so the lower level apartment was nice and cool. The neighborhood is peaceful and it is a quick walk to Rite Aid, McGraff’s Fish House, Dollar Store etc. I utilized TriMet for many trips to Oregon City, Sellwood, and Portland. I was amazed at how many transit trip options were within a short walking distance — this is not a one-bus line location, so use your Smartphone to find the quickest trip.

    Michael2019-08-12T00:00:00Z

*COVID-19 update* - We deep clean with bleach in between guests and use highest heat for laundry and dishwashing. We have no kids and are WFH to minimize exposure. Looking forward to hosting you! Northwest meets Southwest in our cozy daylight basement guest suite, appointed with comfy Pendleton linens, refreshing spa supplies, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it's the perfect place to unwind for a little while without breaking the bank.
Thoughtfully furnished, this ~800 sqft basement guest suite features a queen-sized organic mattress, 60 inch HD TV, hard wood furniture, a daylight alarm clock, microwave, mini-fridge, and spare air mattress (upon request). The unit has a living room, large bedroom and bathroom complete with a spacious glass block walk-in shower.
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood one block from Harney Park, and just a few minutes drive from groceries, food carts and I-205 for easy access to the airport. Downtown is a 15 minute drive, and fun SE neighborhoods like Woodstock, Sellwood and Richmond/Division are even closer. All of the best Asian and Mexican food can be found on our side of town, and Powell Butte Park (where you can see 4 mountain tops!) with its many hiking and biking trails is 20 minutes away.
  • Very impressed with overall experience!

  • Alyssa's place is a beautiful, spacious spotlessly clean basement remodel, with a fabulous, gigantic bathroom and shower, filtered water to drink, and a super comfortable and cozy bed-- plus an entire living room with giant TV to boot! The neighborhood is a bit out of the way, but-- on the plus side-- parking is abundant, and it is super quiet. Highly recommended!

  • Excellent space, good location, easy check in and check out

    Faith2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Though our stay was only one night, it was beyond what we expected. The place was unique, clean and comfortable, in fact, it felt like home! There were clear instructions on how to enter the unit and work everything. We loved being so close to the city yet in a quiet neighborhood. The one bedroom cozy basement suite was exactly what we wanted after a long day of hiking. Definitely the place to stay if you want to get a feel for life in Portland!

    Dulce2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • It's an amazing place, very clean and the TV was huge!! The host, Alyssa was very friendly and made us felt welcomed. The place is perfect if you wanted to be away from the main city, it's a drive but they got cool spots around if you wanted to stay within the area. Kudos to the place!!

Ranch style home in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Park & school a block away. Close to bus stop, 205 bike path, 205, 224 & 213. Fenced backyard-pets OK! The house is not in Portland but is relatively close especially if driving. You can park in the driveway if space or in front of the house. The bus runs regularly on weekdays but weekends/eves can be hard-check Trimet trip planner using SE Clackamas Rd & Webster Rd to make sure it's OK for you. Arrival needs to be arranged & may be after 6 pm.
Bright open room with double bed, nightstand and lamp, dresser, desk and chair, full length mirror and shelves. Comfortable for two. Shared guest bathroom is directly across the hall. Hardwood floors. You can enjoy the rest of the house and backyard.
My home is in a quiet, very safe, residential area with a park down the street and a school across the other way. This is a good place for a walk, run or ride. The 205 bike path is just up the road and goes all the way into Vancouver, WA. It also connects with the Spring Water Corridor bike path. There is a Safeway, Starbucks, Subway, pizza place, gas station, Chinese Restaurant, hair and nail places, beauty salons, dry cleaners and laundry mat, internet coffee shop and convenience stores just up the street. This is a very safe place to live and easy to get to anywhere around. Downtown is about 20 minutes away without traffic (longer now in rush hour), Mt Hood is less than an hour and is magnificent. The Oregon coast is about 1.5-2 hours away depending on where you are going. The Clackamas River Recreational area is close, as is Mt Hood for hiking and camping. There are rivers within minutes. I love this place! Arrival will need to be arranged because I likely will be working.

  • My husband and I traveled with our 3 teenager and this home was a perfect place to stop over. It was so nice to have us together on our own floor and rooms with beds for us all. It was sparkling clean, well lit, the directions were clear and access was easy. The morning lite breakfast was perfect to get back on the road again and keep going. The stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you Irina!

  • Irina’s Airbnb was a delight. Clean, nicely decorated, thoughtful amenities like snacks, coffee, tea, etc., and personal products in the shared bathroom. We appreciated the location- quiet neighborhood but easy access to downtown and shopping areas. Parking on a curved driveway was a little tricky and in icy weather the walkway to the room might be a challenge, but we had no problem in late December. Will stay there again if we return to Oregon City!

    Karen2019-12-29T00:00:00Z

This home is super cozy, with peek-a-boo views of the Clackamas River right off the back deck. All appliances are new and there is an open floor plan for you to enjoy! Located conveniently right off the i205 freeway, just minutes outside of Portland. There is a gas station less than 1 mile away and tons of restaurants/bars nearby. Willamette Falls is less than 3 miles away! It is the largest waterfall in the Pacific NW by volume and the 17th largest in the entire world!
We are also one short mile away from the End of the Oregon Trail! Oregon City is the first established city, west of the Rockies, in 1844. There is a lot of history here! We are close to the railroad and freeway, making the home very convenient. You will hear the train here and there. Amtrak station is less then 1 mile away - $5 rides into downtown Portland!
Our home is located on a dead-end road, so traffic is extremely limited. Next door you will find the Grange Hall, which is generally quiet. If you are lucky enough, you will witness a squaredance night, where attendees dress to impress! This is always a super low-key group. The train tracks are just down the hill, so you will most likely hear the train pass by and sometimes toot it’s horn as it pulls into town. The Amtrak station is close by!
  • We absolutely loved this location and Tracie was an incredible host. We couldn’t believe we paid such a great price for such a nice home. Highly recommend for families and anybody looking for a beautiful home at an unbelievable price!

Covid-19 Update: While we have always had good cleaning practices we are working extra hard to insure that our cottage is clean and disinfected between each guest. Be assure, that should you chose to travel, every door handle and knob will be wiped down! City of Portland Permit # 18-175497
The guest cottage is in a quiet neighborhood in SE Portland. High ceilings make this studio airy and bright. We think of it as a perfect hotel room without the hotel. The small galley kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. Parking is available in the driveway, we leave it open for guests. The cottage stands on its own making it perfect for coming and going as you please. There is one queen sized bed, but we can put a twin mattress on the floor if you are traveling with a child. Washer and dryer are available in the main house with arrangement. The cottage is a non-smoking space.
This is a quiet neighborhood. The cottage is a mile from Woodstock which has good coffee, a bakery, fish market, some restaurants and grocery stores including New Seasons. It is four blocks from the Springwater Corridor bike path that leads to Sellwood and eventually the river and downtown. Reed College is 2 miles away through a nice neighborhood full of trees and interesting architecture.

  • I am a French come to Portland a few days and I am not desapointed by the stay where I was. I couldn’t see Jonathan but his co-owner was so great with me. I don’t regret to have chooses Jonathan’s airbnb. There were everything I needed. And more place is very calm and not to long downtown honnestly. It’s a good place for sure here.

  • Cozy place to stay and Jon is a great host

    Rodrigo2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Jonathan is awesome and his place is great. You have your own bathroom (a HUGE bonus if you've stayed anywhere around Portland) and he even offered to help me find a place. The place is pretty huge and it's easy to get downtown. I would have stayed longer if the place was available. Thanks Jonathan!

    Mike2019-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Jonathan is nice person, very friendly and had a pleasure talking with him. The room was perfect, so I had a great time in Portland! Thanks Jonathan !

Sunset Cottage, a cozy, private one-bedroom house nestled in the hills of West Linn. Queen size bed, skylight, master bath on second floor. Full bath and kitchen downstairs, natural gas “wood” stove, TV, Netflix, HBO, Roku, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi. Minutes from Willamette River, trails and parks. About 30 minutes to downtown Portland and PDX airport. 40 minutes to Mt. Hood / Columbia River Gorge. A beautiful little house in a quiet neighborhood to make your "home away from home" an enjoyable stay.
This sweet, renovated cottage has a modern feel, yet at the same time, retains the charm and characteristics of its original 1950's architecture. The remodeled downstairs bathroom has a deep tub - great for soaking. However, the water heater does not have the capacity for hot water to fill the entire tub. You can take a soak with less water or heat a big pan of water on the stove to add to the full tub.
Restaurants, brew pubs and shopping in West Linn, including the lovely old town Willamette area just 5 minutes away. 15 minutes from more shopping and restaurants in Lake Oswego. Minutes from Camassia Natural Area, Wilderness Park and Mary S. Young State Park.
  • This is one of the best places I have stayed with AirBnB

    Daniel2020-02-21T00:00:00Z

  • Awesome place , nicely decorated Jan was a pleasure to work with...had a little hiccup on my end and she helped me through graciously.

    Frank2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Jan’s place was just as advertised. Parking out front was easy. The house is adorable and clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding were both nice as well. I wish I had a good excuse to stay again.

  • Tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood we found this delightful little gem. Very good bargain

    Thomas2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Jan’s is a beautiful place in the middle of the woods were you will find comforting and peaceful. Thank you Jan for sharing this lovely place you have created with us.

    Alberto2020-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • Jan's place is quaint, comfortable, and well-appointed. Just the perfect size for a couple. Jan recently renovated this almost 70 year old house and upgraded the interior. The appliances are modern and high quality. There are two bathrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs with the bedroom. Jan was very attentive and available while giving us complete privacy. We will definitely stay here again if we need a vacation rental in this area.

Adorable and sunny farmhouse cottage with big back yard and a beautiful view of a nearby forested green space. Birds, deer, and other wildlife may be seen and heard, so if you bring your dog, (* see details in pet policy), be sure to keep them leashed when outside. It's a charming place in a peaceful spot. Updated kitchen and bath. Bamboo floors throughout.
  • Laurie’s place was perfect for visiting family nearby for the holidays. Easy parking, big backyard for our dog to run, all you need in the kitchen and a cozy fireplace. WiFi is also really fast!

    April2019-12-19T00:00:00Z
  • Cute and cozy place. Recommend.

    Tara2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • Laurie’s place was amazing! Great location, close to shops and places to dine. I even had my bike serviced at the local bike shop which was a quick 5 minute walk from Laurie’s place. Laurie was super responsive to all of our needs. We loved Laurie’s place soo much! We wanted to rent it for long term! Oregon City has soo much charm and a lot to offer. If you need a place to stay, a place to relax, a place that feels like home and a place that welcomes your fur babies, this is it. Book it!!!

    Charlene2019-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • This cute little old cottage is big and modern inside! Bright, clean and spacious with views of fields and trees, on a quiet dead-end street, and lots of room for parking. The kitchen had everything you'd need for cooking, and was so stylish! There was plenty of storage for your own foods in side cabinets and the large refrigerator, and a ton of counter space. I appreciated the big kitchen table as I worked on my laptop. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy and well-stocked with fluffy towels. The living area has windows with lovely views, and a cozy gas fire that is warm and inviting. The back door opens to an enormous grassy lot great for walking the dogs. Yes, we can bring our dogs! Plus there is a nice washer and dryer- so helpful when you're staying awhile! We really enjoyed this stay and the value was excellent.

  • This home provided a great place for myself, my husband and our dog to live while we were waiting for our home to be built.

    Bridget2019-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • When traveling alone for business, it’s important to feel comfortable and at home. This place is exactly like the pictures; understated on the outside, then roomy and comfortable on the inside. There is more than enough of the essentials; fans, blankets, towels, laundry soap, bathroom supplies, etc.... the kitchen is the best (I like to cook). Everything was like new, with everything I could need. The appliances were new and worked perfectly. Even the little living room was comfortable with Netflix so I could binge watch my shows while working. This is definitely one of my favorites, compared to a Residence Inn, I would prefer staying here for more of my trips.

    Charlotte2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great cozy place to stay in. Close to the city and close to great hiking spots! Laurie was a great host, and communicated very well and quick!

    Brynne2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Me and my girlfriend decided to take a summer trip away from the city of LA to go visit Oregon. Laurie’s place I have to say was an excellent choice a small cottage home with all the necessities one needs. The area was nice and quiet and easy to get to. Many groceries stores near by to get to and gas stations too. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.

    Jason2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Easy to reach yet at the same time away from the noisy part of town. Moreover this is a cul-de-sac house and it helps to keep it safe and quite.

  • Great place. Very clean and in a nice neighborhood.

    Teresa2019-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Exactly as listed on a nice, quiet street.

    Alexander2019-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • This house is perfect for what we were looking for. The house is a little smaller than we anticipated but it did work perfectly. It was clean and it had a great working washer, dryer, full size refrigerator and microwave; all the amenities that you would want in your home. We were already familiar with the location. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and Marie was able to respond immediately and get us back in. The only suggestions we can make was we were not sure how to control the TV and other functions of the TV. There was no guide or listing of channels to know what numbers to key into the remote. There was a remote air conditioner and heating unit, it took us a little bit to figure out how to control those as well. We were very happy in the home and we would definitely stay there again next time we go to see our family. Thank you Marie for everything.

    Erin2019-04-24T00:00:00Z
