Located in the Hameau des Eaux d'Orelle and benefiting from a covered private parking space, our apartment, completely refurbished in 2025, is ideally located for skiing in the largest area in the world (3 Vallées) from late November to May! Free shuttle to the Orelle cable car (800 m) which will drop you off in 20 min at the top of the estate located at 3,200 m. In season, the indoor pool and relaxation area are at your disposal, as well as a restaurant and a supermarket at the residence.

The remarkably quiet hamlet of Francoz combines the charm of a Savoy village with access to the largest ski area in Europe. Access via the Maurienne Valley avoids the traffic jams of the Tarentaise and the altitude (900 m) means you don't have to chain most of the time (highway 8 km away).

Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

There is also a 400 m² south-facing garden. The house sleeps 10 people: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC, lounge, fitted kitchen, home cinema and billiards table. You are 10 minutes from all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, Intersport, restaurant) and 10 minutes from Modane station.
