Mobile home of 28 m2, private pool and terrace. Living room-kitchen with 4 burners and fridge. Separate toilet with sink and shower, 1 bedroom and 1 additional room. We are in the countryside; about 500 m there is pharmacy, self-service and bars/sales. 15 km from the beach and about 7 km to the center of Chiclana de la Frontera. The house is located on the same land where we live; between the houses there is a distance of about 40 m and we are separated by a gate. We like animals and we have dogs and cats.

La Estrella

La casa está situada en una zona de pinar con parcelas grandes. Es una zona silenciosa donde solo se escuchan los pajaros ya que los caminos son sin salida y solo pasan las personas que vivimos aquí . Es ideal para pasar unos días de autentico descanso. Estamos en mitad de camino del pueblo y la playa, a unos 3 Klm. de cada, y muy cerca de grandes supermercados, restaurantes etc... Cercano a la casa hay caminos para pasear y un gran pinar publico con instalaciones para hacer deportes o picnics.

"El Verano Azul" ... House with pool

Come back from the beach and relax in your pool at "El Verano Azul" , a charmingly renovated house, simple but with everything you need to enjoy a quiet day. Next to the highway to Cadiz or Tarifa, 5 minutes from the village and 18 minutes from the beach of la barrosa. There are buses but they do not pass through the front door, place to park up to 4 cars. It is a quiet house without noise where to relax outside the bustle of the typical summer places. The internet connection is by fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in the pine forest area and 100m from the beach, it is minimalist style and very comfortable, since to ensure accessibility, we arranged on the ground floor the master double bedroom with a 150cm bathroom bed "en suite" bathroom and another room with double bed 135 cm double bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 indiv.) and double bed.

Our apartment is off premises. This is above our house , so you will have us nearby for whatever you need. It has a hall , bedroom with double bed, living room , kitchen and toilet room with shower plate. It has A/A , WIFI, and everything you need to spend a few pleasant days in our city. The neighborhood is very quiet, an 8-minute walk from downtown and has an urban bus stop 100 meters away . Easy parking in the area. The beach area is 5 minutes by car.

Apartment with parking next to Plaza Mayor

Enjoy the simplicity of this coquettish quiet and central accommodation. Thank you for choosing my apartment, the area is Casco urban near the coast with little noise a 3min walk from the main street and about a 15 min drive to the beach. Veranea in the coast but at a much smaller price and in comfort. For long stays in low season ask and len we will make a competent offer. Regards
