My apartment is located in an historic building that once housed the old town hall printing works. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private car parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all earnings from airbnb will only be used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

PAPENBURG is about 6 km Beautiful quiet location. Magnificent view of the unspoiled nature, orchard. You can relax and unwind there. Near the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. The accommodation has recently been renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the spaces are wonderfully cool and cozy during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance ( 5 min.) from the station ( train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Parking (multiple cars) is possible on private property.

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Dear guests, I am glad that you have discovered my apartment. The apartment is located in a central location of Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you would like to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but separated and has its own entrance. It is located on the back, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that does not have a handrail!
