The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. Free parking space, washing machine, 150 sqm of panoramic terrace and private balcony. 200 meters away from the sea with the possibility of reaching it even on foot, but it is advisable by car for lack of sidewalk on the main road.
