A 20 minutes du centre de ville de Grenoble et des pistes de ski de Chamrousse, 5 minutes de la station thermale d'Uriage les bains et du Casino, nous vous accueillons dans une chambre privée bénéficiant d'une salle de bain et d'un toilette privatif.

Le logement. L'heure d'entrée au logement peut varier en fonction des jours, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour s'organiser. Vous serez installé au Rez-de chaussée et pourrez profiter de tout cet étage au calme. Vous y trouverez votre chambre, salle de bain, toilettes, une petite pièce à vivre (avec un clic clac pouvant dépanner occasionnellement pour un couchage supplémentaire )et une terrasse qui donne au fond du parking. Pour nous trouver, rien de compliqué: nous vivons au dessus avec notre chienne Meïka. Cette dernière est bloquée à l'étage par une barrière, elle ne viendra pas vous embêter. Nous mettrons à votre disposition le linge et les serviettes. Votre chambre bénéficie d'une entrée indépendante par la terrasse au fond du parking. Vous pourrez profiter des jardins du château et de sa table de pique nique. Pourquoi pas un petit apéro en amoureux au bord des remparts au coucher de soleil! Saint Martin d’Uriage bénéficie de tous les petits commerces à proximité, un accès direct à de multiples chemins de randonnées ou VTT. Cyrielle & Karim's studio is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The joy of being able to enjoy a bathtub! A warm welcome and small attentions. A splendid notebook available with the good addresses in the area: the Italian pizzeria is superb! Having the keys to the castle to enjoy the sunset over the city, class! The Chamrousse ski resort is just above: buses or the stop sign can take you there if you are traveling without a car. Karim was very nice to pick me up by car when I arrived and he offered to take me back down town when I left. Meïka is beautiful and there is also a funny little cat. I had a very relaxing stay at the chateau, thank you!

Large three bedroom apartment on the ground floor of the family home. The residential area is very quiet and the apartment can accommodate 6 people. Travelers can park their car for free on the property, there is also a terrace and a garden. The bathroom and equipped with a balneotherapy bath.

The apartment has been completely renovated, bedding, furniture and linen are new. All rooms in the apartment are equipped with electric shutters. The accommodation is bright and well insulated. The neighborhood is very calm (no noise).

The residential area is very quiet, there is a small free parking, shops are very close and there is a children's park next door.

Everything is perfect, arrival, very quiet location, free parking, close to shops, ski resort, highway. We had a super pleasant stay! I highly recommend

Terrific apartment! Lots of space with 3 double beds upstairs, and large common area with bath downstairs. Lots of great restaurants nearby, including Zakhang for unique French Tibetan cuisine. A nice walk to the Bastille for views of the city. Very convenient checkin/out, and Yoan was very responsive to questions. Car elevator was a fun experience, just barely fit our small SUV. Hope to return soon - a very good value.

If you are in Grenoble this is the place to stay! Super welcome, warm, comfort at the top !!! The room happens to be the only room upstairs with the bathroom and toilet on the same floor right next to the room, so it's like having a private floor. The hosts are very friendly, understanding, attentive, always ready to help you, inform you about tips ... They even accompanied me on foot to the shopping center where I wanted to go (not far from the apartment, which is convenient because you can find everything you are looking for). Right next to the tram station also reachable on foot in a few minutes (to get to town ..) In the bedroom: everything you need: small sink, desk, large bed, large closets, view of the mountains and the large park at the foot of the residence. Their little girl is adorable, she too, already has a sense of hospitality !! Well above Grenoble, at 600 meters altitude, you will have the pleasure to breathe clean air and yet be only 15 minutes drive from the city. The view of the apartment, the terrace, the garden is simply exeptional! This apartment is full of feet facing a terrace of 135 m2, bright, open kitchen to the living room. The house is located in the nature, without neighbor within 400 meters! Very quiet!

The view is really beautiful on the terrace, in the living room and kitchen. The bedroom window overlooks the park. The kitchen is large.The kitchen is large. The apartment that we propose is about 50 m2 with a terrasse of 100m2 reserved for the apartment and of course the huge beautiful park.

Our house is in a green zone near from the forest, view on differents montains. You can go for hours for walk in the nature but at the same time you are very near from the city by car( 10 min) Very quiet, no neighbors, no road nearby! Ideal to relax !!!

Chambre privée de 10m2 avec balcon donnant sur un parc arboré toute l'année et exposé sud/ouest sans vis à vis. La chambre dispose d'une commode contenant un jeu de drap supplémentaire, un bureau, un miroir et un lit 2 places (140*200). Est mis à disposition un portant et des cintres ainsi que des rangements supplémentaires dans une pièce attenante à la chambre. Pour chaque voyageur le ménage est fait et les draps sont changés, vous n'avez rien à faire à votre arrivée.

La literie et l'hygiène sont les 2 points fondamentaux que je privilégie lorsque je voyage. Je propose donc une chambre comme je l'aimerai, propre, rangée et avec un matelas confortable 140*200cm sur un sommier bultex. Le balcon vous offre un bol d'air appréciable pour petit déjeuner ou se détendre en fin de journée. Supermarché, boulangerie, boucherie, biocoop, marché, tous ces commerces sont littéralement à 1 minute à pied mais si vous voulez faire vos courses ailleurs les transports en commun ne sont qu'à quelques minutes (tram à 5 min et bus à 2 min). Pour les cyclistes un local à vélo en sous-sol est à disposition ou vous pouvez l'attacher devant l'entrée de l'immeuble. Pour les heureux détenteurs de voiture les places de parking au pied de l'immeuble sont gratuites et toujours disponibles (en 3 ans je n'ai jamais attendu pour une place). La cuisine offre tout le nécessaire pour se préparer des petits plats : micro-onde, plaques à induction, four à chaleur tournante, blender, bouilloire, cafetière, extracteur de jus, lave-vaisselle, cocotte minute, appareil à raclette, cuiseur vapeur. La salle de bain dispose d'une petite baignoire, une machine à laver ainsi qu'un espace de rangement personnel et des serviettes.

Le quartier est cosmopolite et vivant, au pied de l'immeuble vous trouverez toutes les commodités : marché 6/7j, boulangerie/patisserie, pharmacie, mini-marché Auchan, poste, épicerie bio (biocoop), boucherie, boucherie chevaline, kebab, pizzeria, distributeur de billet, marchand de fleur, opticien, tabac/presse, café.

Perfect in every way. I confirm the comments. Raphaël is a warm and discreet person. The clean and comfortable room has a desk and allows you to work in good conditions. Not far from the center, not far from the campus, and surely not far from the slopes (I haven't had time to test yet) the apartment is pleasant and the kitchen functional for longer or shorter stays.

My place is close to Village with shops- From Grenoble station : Bus Chrono 1 Stop "Chavant" Take Bus n°13 Direction Poisat-Stop " Centre Socio culturel" From our house 5' by walk to take CBus Chrono C7 - University Saint Martin d'Héres-Gières 30' to ski resort, Congress, Concert center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We have 1 other room in the same house if this one is busy.

Joli T5 de 105m² en triplex au 4ème étage,avec une chambre libre de 12m² très calme très cosy. Des merveilleuses vues des montagnes devant toutes les fenêtres. Le grand Parc Maurice Thorez est juste au pied du bâtiment. Station Les Granges de Tram A est de 5 min à pied(200m) qui va au centre ville et aux gares de Grenoble et de d'Echirolles. Eau chaude et chauffage collectifs. Accès libre au WiFi, cuisine et salle de bain. La chambre dispose: évier, commode, lit. MAIS pas de porte des rideaux.

Everything is well laid out, clean and nicely decorated. Most: a beautiful view of the mountains on each side of the apartment, perfect for waking up in a good mood! Studio refait ,équipe en wifi, entrée par digicode ,et parking à proximité gratuit. Située à 5 mn de grenoble et à 35 mn des stations de ski environnantes: chamrousse, villard de lans, st Pierre de chartreuse. L entrée des rocades est à moins de 2 mn. Studio fonctionnel et polyvalent, que ce soit professionnel ou touristique. Non fumeur de préférence.

Studio de 24 m2 situé au 1 et étage d une petite résidence de 6 appartements. Parking .Proche de grenoble et des stations de ski 35 à 40 mn tout en étant dans un secteur calme. L appartement à été refait , la literie est neuve comme la plupart des équipements. Wifi à disposition.

Situé sur le haut d EYBENS non loin de la place de type village,qui a su garder son charme ,tout en étant dynamique et moderne.Proche des axes de rocade et de tous les commerces .,intermarche Bresson se trouve à moins de 5 mn.(ouvert le dimanche matin)

Très beau studio cocooning entièrement refait à neuf. Il comporte une grande pièce avec un petit balcon privatif donnant sur une cour très calme. Situé en plein centre de Grenoble et à proximité de toutes commodités. Proche de la Caserne de Bonne et de ses espaces verts, à 15 min à pieds du centre historique de Grenoble, et à quelques pas du tram. Idéal pour un jeune couple ou personnes en déplacement. Studio entièrement refait à neuf dans un style cosy et chaleureux. Le studio est équipé d'une TV HD 32 et d'une connexion internet et WIFI. CUISINE: Cuisine ouverte sur la pièce principale avec un très joli bar moderne et rustique. - Plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec petit espace congélateur, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles pour faire de la bonne cuisine ! ESPACE NUIT/SALON : - Canapé avec lit avec un vrai matelas (linge de lit compris dans la location). - Commode, porte-manteaux, grand miroir style scandinave, table basse avec tapis fourrure et un coffre rangement. - Internet et WIFI. - TV HD 32 avec ports USB et HDMI. SALLE DE BAINS: - Salle de bains entièrement refaite à neuf avec une douche, WC, lave-linge, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser et porte serviettes (les serviettes sont inclues dans la location). Le studio est situé juste à côté de la Caserne de Bonne et de ses espaces verts. Le centre historique de Grenoble est situé à 15 min pieds / 5 min en tram. Vous avez à votre disposition un supermarché Auchan à 100m du studio. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour sortir et manger je vous recommande quelques bonnes adresses : - Le bar à vin le Verre à Soie (500 m du studio). - le restaurant indien le Bombay (700 m du studio). - le restaurant Et Si (1 km du studio) - le restaurant la Toscana situé sur les quais (situé à 1.5 km du studio). - le restaurant le Poppa situé dans le centre ville historique (situé à 1.5km su studio) Grenoble est la capitale des Alpes. Elle est entourée de nombreux massifs montagneux (Vercors , Chartreuse, Belledone). Elle compte de nombreuses stations de ski dont les plus connues sont: -Chamrousse (25 min en voiture). -Les 7 Laux (40 min en voiture). - L’Alpe d'Huez et les Deux Alpes (1h en voiture). Vous aurez à votre disposition un petit livret avec les endroits à visiter sur Grenoble et notamment plusieurs activités sportives et culturelles.
