Welcome to 'Carl & Marie' near the lake (DG)

Our house was built in 1897 by our great-grandparents Carl & Marie and has been renovated in recent years by my family. It is located in Storkow, a small Brandenburg town, 60 km southeast of Berlin's city center. The house has two separated apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the attic which are rented separately. This is the listing for the loft apartment. If both apartments are rented, they can be connected to each other via a door on the ground floor.

Beautiful 72 sqm guest apartment "Bei Schreiner"

Forget your prejudices and think of an oasis. Because that's the best way to do it. No neighbors and your host is almost always on site - for tips and information. Despite the quiet location, especially after work, you are never alone. Due to the location on the outskirts, the proximity to a commercial area is the same as the proximity to nature. Here they are: fence lizard, greedy lace and evening primrose. We do a lot to live as naturally as possible.

The cozy 35m² bungalow with outstanding lake views, a small garden and covered terrace is very well equipped and can accommodate 2-4 persons. It has a living room with integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The cozy fireplace heats the bungalow with wood. An infrared heater also warms the bedroom. Due to the two heat sources, it is also cosy and warm in winter. The holiday home is not suitable as a fitter's accommodation.
