Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Our farmhouse is located close to the city in a small oasis in the Hovshaga district. 54 square meters designed to create a peaceful place close to most things. A fireplace that provides heat and light gives this studio a nice homey atmosphere. The accommodation also includes a large bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen that invites cooking. Parking is available directly adjacent, shop and gas station within 5 minutes as well as easy connections by both bus and bicycle!

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.
