Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and sustainable materials, self-contained in water (rainwater recovery not potable but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drome Valley. In the middle of nature, beautiful views of the village and the mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (beware of the path!). Nice cats on the premises... Ideal house for 2, walkers and walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

La Bérarde est un gîte en pleine nature, situé au milieu des vignes et au pied des montagnes. Randonnées, site d'escalade et itinéraires VTT au départ de la maison. Le village, ses commerces et sa rivière avec locations de canoës et de VTT sont à 2km. Sa situation loin des grands axes en fait un endroit calme et propice au repos. Logement très bien équipé : TV, WIFI, clim, cuisine équipée, lits spacieux et confortables, terrasse, grand jardin. Logement non fumeur, pas de soirées festives.

Farm lodge in the heart of nature

In the heart of the Drome Valley, our secluded home is two kilometers from the village of Saillans. Starting with GR trails, it has stunning views of the Trois Becs. Our agricultural activity mixes with a rich nature and promotes biodiversity. The sheep graze around the house from October to May and leave for the alpine during the summer period. We also have a backyard where rabbit and chickens live. We also make essential oil and hydrolat.
