The place is beautiful, and your attention, warmth and hospitality could not be better: Simone and her family had incredible details with us, and we are very grateful! .. The environment is very quiet. The hosts are extremely personable. The apartment is clean and offers everything you need.

Simone and her family have been the warmest, friendliest and most welcoming hosts we have had on AirBnB! We can’t say enough about their hospitable nature and the little things they went out of their way to do in order to make us feel at home. The house was setup very thoughtfully, nicely decorated, and they thought of everything we might need coming with small children. Highly recommend for families! The children loved the toys left for them, the playground in the back, and walking through the village seeing farm animals with beautiful views of the mountains behind. She thought of extra sheets in case they were needed, greeted us and gave us tips on the area. Anything we needed, she was right there to answer our question or help! We used the local bus to get around, which was a short walk from the house, and found public transportation easy to use into Lucerne. Thank you for a lovely stay, Simone!

Since using airbnb 5-6 years ago, i can said this is the best airbnb unit i'd been using so far. The unit was so comfortable, clean and complete. Its much much better than our expectation. Simone also very friendly and helpful. The kids also enjoy playing at playground, bicycle and all facilities there for kids. Plus they love to see the chicken and rabbits as well.If we come back to swiss, definitely i will come and stay here again!!! Keep up the good work simone 😃😃😃

A very clean and beautiful apartment, which looked better than the pictures. We were 4 people and had a very comfortable stay. Sofa-bed was also very comfortable. Simone was very kind and also gave us some really helpful tips for places to visit.

I searched and found a few quiet days for myself. Quiet, clean, modern apartment and good opportunities to hike or move around the lake or other beautiful places.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Roger’s apartment is in the most perfect location - we were easily able to take day trips to the alps, Zurich and Lucerne and at night return to the quiet and peaceful air bnb. Roger and his wife deserve their five stars - they went out of their way to make our stay the best including welcoming us on our first night and sharing tips that we should visit the snowy mountains. We would book here again and recommend to all our friends and family.

Very nice stay

Ingenious accommodation with everything it needs. The studio is fully equipped with a wonderful kitchen (even microwave and Tupperware are available), very comfortable and large bed, working table and small details such as hair dryer and umbrella. A bike was ready on arrival with which you are very fast on beautiful Lake Sempach or in Sursee. Also worth a look is the great privacy you have in the studio. The check in was very easy and communication with Roger was impeccable. We recommend!!

Great place to stay. Small quarters but space well used. We had rain so did not get to be outside as much as we would have liked.

It's a great, spacious and clean place to stay. You can visit harbor, lake in around 8 minutes walk. View is amazing and magnificent with green farmlands, lake and Alps. Locality, it's real Swiss. Just beware that shops, bakeries nearby gets closed by 4pm/6pm. Sandra and her husband guides in the best way and helps in everything. They both are friendly,warm. Would definitely visit again in future.

The apartment is great. It is beautifully decorated in Mexican style and big enough for seven people to avoid each other. The only drawback, it has only a bathroom with the only toilet. The host Barbara is very nice and fulfills all wishes as quickly as possible. Many thanks for the nice time.

Trice is so good a host that she waited for me till 1p.m. since my train met technical problems and I had to change for a bus. The room is very clean and the landscape around the house is very excellent. Highly recommend if you want to travel to Bern

Andrea's apartment is Blitz Sauber and really everything you could wish for is there. A super comfortable bed is waiting for you. Very close to Lucerne (20 min) and still wonderfully quiet in nature. Sursee is very beautiful and nature is right outside your door, I have every evening a walk in the nearby forest made. I can recommend Andrea's apartment.

A small and cozy room in a house, which reminded me of my childhood with my grandparents - I felt comfortable. Carmen was not at home, but had prepared everything so that I could check in well. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy, inviting and friendly prepared - absolutely recommendable, because it is also quiet :) Gladly again - if it fits ...

Carmens stay was lovely, perfect for my over night stay and only 2 minutes walking from the train station which was perfect!

Carmen is a really nice host! She prepares everything nice in advance. The shower is really good. They lend me the swiss charge cause I didn't know swiss charge is different from the Europe's. By the way, their dog is very cute!

The room is spacious,clean and quiet. The location is not far away from train station. Living here is convenient. I recommend this place.

I felt very comfortable on David's farm. Room and house were very clean and everything I need to feel good was there, on top of that a delicious breakfast. In addition to the exciting discussions with David, I also had a lot of fun with the animals. The location is great too, not far from Lucerne and yet surrounded by greenery and close to Lake Sempacher.

One of the best host ever found. The house is surrounded by nature, next to Luzern (10 minutes by car), and the room was clean and warm. David is a charming man, very polite and kind: he welcomed us with a cup of coffee and took us with him into the stable and explained everything about his animals and the passion for his work. Breakfast on sunday morning was amazing, super recommended!

David's accommodation is not far from Lucerne in the middle of beautiful Switzerland. It is a beautiful and large guest room with a balcony (fantastic view) on a traditional Swiss farm. A bathroom and a kitchen are available for shared use. David and his family are very nice hosts - I felt very comfortable with my two dogs! Unfortunately we were only there for 1 night - slept wonderfully and were very happy about 2 small cats in the hallway

We stayed here as a rest day for us on our 3 week euro trip. It was perfect. Greeted by 2 super friendly pups, and lots of kitties!! 🥰 David’s home is amazing. Surrounded by beauty, animals, and peace and quiet. The village is tiny, and they have a cute little church right next to his home. I went inside, and it was gorgeous. I went for a walk, and checked out the farms, and amazing homes. I couldn’t get enough. Our room was cozy, and clean. We slept so well, and woke up to a nice breakfast. David is so kind, and easy to talk to. He makes you feel 100% welcome in his home. I recommend this stay 10/10. Perfect.

I spent one night only at Andrea's house but it was enough to tell that she is a very kind and special host that I was lucky to meet. I sent her a same day reservation and she immediatly replied and she was kind enough to pick me up at night from Wauwill train station. And in the morning she drove me back to station as I had luggage on. I really appreciate how helpful she was. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious. I didn't spend much time in the area but the neighborhood was very quiet and nice. I would highly recommend staying at Andreas place, a wonderful personality to meet.

Andrea is very supportive. During my 1st day of reservation, I was concerned whether Andrea would be available to give me directions as it was about 11:30 pm when I arrived. She readily answered my call and provided directions. Over the course of the next few days, she was very helpful in making my trip memorable and rewarding.

Claudine's stay was a jewel in the midst of a pearl of a town: it's hard not to appreciate the colorfulness and warmth of the house, from the top of the many amenities it shares down to the creaky stairs (the house itself is a bit old, but this only adds to the beautiful touch) you walk on. I cannot wait to be back!

When you arrive you’ll find your Host Claudine with a big smile and a warm hearted welcome. She always wants to make sure that you have the experience during your stay as possible. The condition of the property is great with a quirky interior. It’s been cold during my stay and the property is adequately heated. The use of the kitchen is a great plus and stocked with the essentials to enable a meal to be prepared and cooked as if you were at home.

A beautiful experience on a farm. The place is very quiet, and Nicole was very cordial and attentive at all times.

We wanted to stay at a farm and having our morning coffee watching the horses playing from our window was great. It’s a nice experience and Nicole was great and even if we came later she waited for us and we had no problem with the check in.

I live there for one night and had good experience. This place is good for adventurous people. It’s away from city and accessible by car.

Nicole's house is in a beautiful countryside and in short drive distance (30-50 minutes) from Luzern and Zurich. The room is clean and all the necessary facilities are provided (free parking, wifi, towels, access to kitchen etc.). Not to mention, extremely affordable! Nicole is very nice and helpful, she was very understanding of us arriving late at night due to a delayed flight, and we could communicate well despite the fact that my German is very rusty.

Hans and Marliese’s house is a hidden gem in Luzern , it’s just 20 mins drive from city center . It’s located in beautiful village and surrounded by Apple tree garden . It’s an entire flat you have your own kitchen , bathroom , living room and bed room and the view from balcony is spectacular, you can view the mount pilatus from the balcony . Host is very friendly and we got fresh milk daily from their own diary farm . We really enjoyed our stay and we are very lucky that we are the first gust to experience this hosting . We are strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit pilatus and mount rigi and Luzern . Car is highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay in Switzerland. Ms. Elisabeth was super flexible with the check-in process and greeted us upon arrival. Our furbabies also enjoyed their stay as they were allowed to come with us. That’s always a PLUS in our book. Our private room exceeded my expectation. We were even pleasantly surprised one morning by cows in the backyard. I really enjoyed seeing them. :) I would definitely recommend this location if you’re planing to stay/ or travel in the near by cities. We had a great experience & will be coming back to Switzerland in the near future.

Clean and welcoming house, about two and a half minutes away from the small town of Lucerne, and my husband and I spent the Chinese New Year here. If you don't like places with too many tourists, this is a great place to enjoy the silence and relax. Rene and his wife are very enthusiastic. Since we have no plan at all to come to Switzerland, all the schedules are suggestions given by us. He very carefully communicated with us the tour route. This is probably why I like to stay in a homestay, and I can communicate with locals. The only regret is that the two days we stayed here were rene going to Berlin and did not participate in his experience. Attractions are not very important to us, and we prefer this deep local experience. Next time I come to Switzerland, I will definitely participate in his experience! The kitchen countertops are large and the cooking is good. I ate two delicious hot pots for two consecutive nights! The rene couple are enthusiastic, and the room is decorated with many details to show the owner's life taste. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful stay in this beautiful place and thier warm care. It is convenient, safe and sparkling clean. 'Great feeling' is not just great but excellent. It felt homely. Not to forget the thrilling yet memorable snowshoeing experience arranged by René .

After reading a lot of praise reviews, I immediately decided to book this homestay, and it was a very wise decision! 1⃣️ The René family is very warm and gentle, and it is especially comfortable to get along! The communication with them is very smooth. If you ask a question on airbnb, you will get a response immediately. 2⃣️ The room facilities are complete! There are also plenty of coffee drinks and snacks! Also René will also introduce the rooms and facilities very carefully, very thoughtful! 3⃣️ The homestay is close to the station, and the transfers are free. If you want to go to the station at other times, you can book a time with René, and the fare is very reasonable! In short, the experience was really super super awesome, and we were very fortunate to have chosen this homestay and to be able to meet such a good homestay host! This appartment is as beautiful as on the pictures. Everything is spotless and tidy. The kitchenette has everything you need. Good large bed with crisp sheets and pillows. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The parking spot is just in front. Very nice hosts that are extremely welcoming! We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast. We hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely farm stay away from all urban life. Serene. We would walk along the farms every evening and felt relaxed being there. Away from the city, a rental car is a must. Treat it like your home and you will love it.

I don't know when the exterior work will be finished, but the interior is good. Especially the kitchen is well equipped.

The location is great if you have a car. Without a car, it is around 10mins walk from the train station. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for cooking. The apartment can easily accommodate 3-5 guests but one room does not have heating. It has a window so shouldn’t be a problem for summer. It was a great stay in general.

A well-equipped apartment with a bathroom and sleeping for 3 parties. I had the room on the kitchen level with a sofa bed, separate sofa, dining table (in addition to this in the kitchen / dining area) and armchair. It was an optimal place to stay in the middle of Sempach.

Claudine's house was a perfect location for my stay. Its just 20 minutes in train from Lucern. The house was very neat, clean and maintained properly. The lake is just 5 minutes walk and very beautiful. Would definitely recommended for people planning to visit places in and around Lucern.

Claudine is an incredibly warm and friendly hostess. In the old town house, which has many generous community and retreats, you immediately feel homely and warm. All in all it was a pleasure to stay with Claudine and I highly recommend it!

I really liked the short stay, there were a few extras and I also really enjoyed the cozy breakfast with the other guests. We would love to come back.

It is a house on a farm. Dogs, cats in the house. Horses, cows, chickens, pigs outside. The environment is great. The welcome from David and the exchanges with David and the other guests were great; that gave Airbnb its full meaning. I highly recommend this experience! Lovely house on a farm. Ideal for nature lovers.

We had such a great time here in Lucerne! David is very accommodating. He offered to pick us up at the train station when our train was running late and offered us a delicious dinner of Raclette with potatoes from his farm. He provided us a delicious breakfast of local cheeses and coffee! He has dogs and a cat. They are very friendly! His house is on a farm with mountains in sight and is only at most a 20 minute walk to the train station without any incline. Look forward to staying again!

Such an amazing host and home! If you like animals, beautiful views, great hospitality than stay here. David went above and beyond host duties to show me life on a farm. He treated me to a swiss breakfast and meal. His animals and farm is amazing. He even made me cheese from the fresh milk. I had such a wonderful time there. I would highly recommend staying at Davids place. Will be staying again

If you like dogs and cats, it will be heaven. There were no markets or amenities around, but it was really relaxing
