House by the sea, recently renovated, with a stunning view from all rooms - especially from the terrace. Located at the corner of Stalida bay, in a very quiet area, where you can spend your time relaxing. You can literally hear the waves while sleeping. Very close to a vast selection of places to eat, drink and have a nice time. In the broader area, you can find the Cretan Aquarium, museums, and archeological sites but also great beaches either within walking distance or with a short car ride.

The residence is very close to the beach (500m distance).The national airport of Herakleion is about 30 kilometres from the residence. Stalida is a village very close and between Malia and chersonissos two very famous travel tourism distances. in the garden of the rezidence there is a four seats people jacuzzi.

Our apartment is on the first floor with a sea view balcony. The apartment has got a bedroom with a double bed , a smart tv , free wifi , a safe and a triple wardrobe. It has also got a bathroom with a shower, a living room with two couch-beds and if you need there is a collapsible baby cot available. Also our apartment has a kitchen with all things you need for cooking like refrigator, coffee machine, toaster, hob, boiler, cooking utensils and crockery.

My Studio, alongside its twin on the upper floor and the two others next to it, is just a few seconds away to the beach so you are going to sleep under the sound of the waves and their light breeze . Less than 1 minute walk to the main road where supermarkets, car rentals, souvenir shops, restaurants, fast-foods and bars are located! Surrounded by other houses and hotels, it is quiet and cozy, but litteraly next to anything you might want in Stalis.
