Cozy little apartment with balcony and view.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-maintained 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We have taken over this 2018 and newly furnished (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a sep. Bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 school child) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (plenty of dishes, coffee machine, TV). No Wi-Fi!

Exclusive, light-flooded apartment with 2 separate bedrooms located on the high ground floor. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail at the end of 2019. The apartment is very quiet on the edge of the forest. The hiking trails start right behind the house. Wurmberg cable car and spa park are within walking distance. You can also reach the city centre in a few minutes on foot. Suitable for 4 guests. Free parking in front of the house.

Our primarily family-oriented apartment is located in the center of the spa town of Braunlage, and is only 5 minutes away by car from the Wurmbergbahn. The apartment has one bedroom, one children's room and a converted pointed floor with a play corner for children. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine. Final cleaning (65€) and spa cards (max. 2,80€per adult & day) must be paid locally.

Hohegeiß is located at 640 meters above sea level and is a place of rest for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet. In summer ideal for hiking and mountain biking.
