The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

In the immediate vicinity is the Core Water Wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.
