Our Scandinavian modern-vintage hideaway is tucked away on the edge of the forest. Open the sliding door and have breakfast with bird sounds, pine scent and squirrels around you. Large glass facades, Danish design furniture, a rain shower and a barista corner provide luxurious comfort in the middle of nature. Outside, you can enjoy a shower or bath under the pines, relax in the hammock and a fire pit under the starry sky. The Gorsselse Heide and the historic Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are just around the corner.

Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of the Springendal nature reserve, a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have a nice breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.

Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Dogs are warmly welcome. The garden is completely fenced (1 meter high) and the house is right on the forest path from where wonderful walks and bike rides are possible. Since many guests who stay in our home bring their beloved four-legged friends, there is hair on the dog beds/dog cushions. Unfortunately, we can't avoid this. However, they are washed every time after use.

A sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Situated directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and cycling trails, you will find our nice guest house.
