Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. On a 1000 sqm sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birch trees, pines and oaks, lies our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15 per person.

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal, just a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have access to one of the ten apartments that are fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have breakfast or lunch, and we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a locally special beer.

In a unique location near the city center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is equipped with every comfort, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. Detached house for families, fitters, travelers

This spacious home is in a preferred location of Uelsen. The necessities of daily use can be taken care of in the village. Numerous shops, restaurants, banks and medical care ensure a pleasant village atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is an adventure playground and a large outdoor pool. Extensive cycling and hiking trails to the neighboring Netherlands provide relaxation and recreation. So pure relaxation!!!

Enjoy this quiet place right on the edge of the forest. Dogs are allowed free of charge, 1 meter high fence. For the dogs, there are feeding bowls, water bowl, basket and other sleeping places, bench and swimming pool. For children, next to the house is a playground and about 500 meters away is a beautiful Abenteuerspielplatz. Entrance is free here. This 25 sqm one-room studio offers everything your heart desires. It was renovated in 2020 and offers a single bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is modernly designed. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Towels and linens are included. The main shopping street, the Vechtesee, the beautiful city park & numerous shopping are within walking distance.

Guesthouse an der Vechte

In our lovingly furnished guesthouse, we warmly welcome our guests. The guesthouse has 2 single beds, which are located on a gallery. (The beds can also be pushed together). A sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Situated directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and cycling trails, you will find our nice guest house.
