'Alte Schmiede' in the green floor to linger:)

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009 the building was renovated and converted as a holiday apartment and lovingly renovated in 2017 and in spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area "Hollesand". From the in-house terrace with BBQ, seating and loungers, you can look out on green horse meadows. An extended network of bicycle paths awaits, for example, a bike ride to the "Hollesand", the large nature reserve, just 500 m from the house.

The "chicken coop" is a small guest house in an extensive garden with many old trees and can accommodate togetherness, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shaded spots for the big ones to linger and covered secret corners and play facilities for the little ones covered. Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm of the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly equipped, it offers space for up to 4 people on 120sqm. If the 25 sqm large roof terrace is not sufficient for you, garden use is of course allowed. Just like exploring the whole farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and are looking forward to your visit!

The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
