Edward is a great host his place is very clean and the location was perfect for me. The bathroom was so nice and large, nice to have a TV and mini kitchen as well with a few other touches. Cristian’s place is a good base to explore the Portland area. It’s close to downtown and the Columbia River gorge. Easy check in with a lock box. Lots of room and a very good value!

its a great space to relax after a long day, even though its a basement apartment i couldnt hear anything from upstairs you may need to bring some amenities like laundry soap and shampoo/soap if its a long stay but for a couple nights in vancouver its a perfect place close to a bus stop and a walmart its very convenient and well priced

Cute place!! Definitely can hear that family that resides upstairs but if you are like me, traveling alone and find it comforting, there is no issue.

I've stayed at quite a few airbnb's; Kyle's place is far and away the most impressive. His place hits all the marks--clean, true to description, safe, value, etcetera. For the price, I am sure there is nothing better in the area. It seems as though Kyle honestly enjoys having this space for people to enjoy, the amenities are thoughtful and calculated. A high-brow experience!

Location was a very quiet area and quick to get to Portland. Hospitality was amazing. We were able to leave our luggage prior to check in so we didn’t have to drag them around while traveling. Bnb was super clean and things were easy to find. Lots of access to streaming services on the tv. Overall I would definitely stay here again. I loved every second of it.

Jane&Rocky’s place is fantastic! Super bright ,comfy& spacious. Perfect location. The fireplace & deck were extra Plus! Jane & Rocky were very kind& accommodating hosts. I would highly recommend there place to anyone.

My wife and I come to Vancouver twice a year to visit our son and his family. We have stayed in numerous Airbnbs and this is by far our favorite. The rooms are large and open. The living area has a gas fireplace that fills the entire space with warmth. The bathroom is also very large. Located just north of downtown, it is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend Rocky and Jane’s guest suite for those who’s plans include a visit to Vancouver.

This is a fabulous spot. As it is the upper floor of a craftsman house so there are windows facing in each of four directions. To the north you look out on the Barton Nell Heritage Grove of Douglas Fir - impressive trees! The bed is very cozy, the work desk area is spacious and includes a printer, the mini frig and kitchen area are functional, the entire place is open and spacious. There are plenty of drawers and a place to hang clothes for a longer stay. I spent a very happy week here working on a writing project. It was perfect. Stephan is a kind and responsive host and you will have all the privacy you could want. I definitely hope to return.

Stephan’s place was honestly so much better than expected. Everything was so easy, including check-in. When we tried to play the games, all the batteries were dead, and Stephan went all the way to the store at night just to get some for us! Such cool hosts.

Great place to stay.

Stephan was the best, such a wonderful host. My fiancé and I spent the weekend at his family’s beautiful home. The neighborhood was safe with plenty of available parking and his space was very clean, private and exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable and found ourselves wanting to stay in while it rained as it was so cozy inside. You will not regret staying here as his home is also very convenient to major tourist attractions, the airport and downtown. Stephan gave us very good tips on where to go in town and was so accommodating, he definitely made our trip much more enjoyable too. Thanks again Stephan! We hope to stay again with you next time we’re in town :)

We stayed for two nights at Devon and Amanda’s place on our trip to Oregon and Washington. The neighborhood was quiet, the room and bathroom were very clean, and check-in went smoothly. We loved the TV in the room, as well as the microwave and fridge available for our use. Thanks for the great stay!

The property is very centrally located, has a separate entrance which is padlock accessible, clean and patrons very attentive to requests. Would definitely stay there again if I find myself in Vancouver, WA again!

Very quiet and pleasant space. I worked “from home” for two day’s from Melody’s place. Great space outside for my pup to run and play. Clean, bright and many extras. Everything is there and provided. Absolutely wonderful stay and I will be back for another stay. Love!

Melodys place is AMAZING!!!! It’s in the cutest and safest neighborhood, and so easy to find! Once you get inside it’s beyond cozy, and has everything you need! we had a really nice stay here. The space is very bright and cozy but also feels spacious for two adults and a toddler. we slept very well and had good access to all of the sites in Vancouver.

This might just be my all-time favorite airbnb. and I've stayed at quite a few. This cabin is light, airy, sparkling clean, comfy bed, comfy sofa, darling kitchen with everything - I mean EVERYTHING - you might need. This was the perfect place for me to meet up with all my kids , near Portland, near everything we need to be near. Loved it and can't wait to stay again. The other reviews in the guest book were equally effusive, Melody deserves a big hand for JOB WELL DONE.

This is just perfect, if a write a great review then it might be difficult for the cottage to be available in the future. This place is as advertised and we really enjoyed every aspect. Melodys cottage is very detailed on all of her guests needs, this will be the only place I will stay at in Vancouver Wa. Very quiet and hidden location and perfect. My family thanks Melodys family again!!!!

Super stylish & comfortable, they were quick to respond as they are nearby & the lil personal touches made our stay wonderful. This cute bungalow is very centrally located. Very close to some fun restaurants, a bakery, and not too far from the waterfront. It’s a great deal for a small family or single person.

Great location and privacy. We were able to get downtown and have nice meals quickly. Great space with lots of room. We had fun. Recommend for anyone traveling with dogs in Vancouver area.

The location was beautiful and the hosts were friendly. Yes, you do hear them from time to time, but it’s normal walking around, it’s not like they’re partying or anything. The shower being in their residential area was a bit different, but you can use it whenever you need to, so again, not a problem. My only issue is having to wash the sheets and take the trashes out myself, while still requiring to check out at 11am. I’m here on vacation, and I pay hosts cleaning fees for a reason. I’ve literally never heard of an Airbnb host requiring me to wash all the bedsheets and sheets in the Airbnb I’m staying at. Also, the ceilings were super low, due to it being a basement. Duck and you’re fine. If you don’t mind having to wake up early to do chores on your vacation, stay here.

Wonderful experience! Much larger then expected, has a beautiful back yard! And we were allowed guests and pets. She was a great host, and has a beautiful place.

Annette and Josh are wonderful people and their space is great and super comfortable. So much so that anytime it’s available this is where I’m staying anytime I’m in Vancouver, Wa.

What a wonderful space. Our hosts were extremely kind and went out of their way to take good care of us. Annette even provided an extra mattress topper for me to help make me more comfortable with my sore joints ! I cannot reccomend Annette's place and hospitality enough!

Annette's place was amazing and conveniently located by plenty of bars, stores, and restaurants. It's also a quick drive from Portland. The area where we stayed was clean and very comfortable even with 4 adults and 2 large dogs. The ceilings are little low so it my be a tad uncomfortable for a taller than average person but otherwise it's the perfect place to stay on a trip to the Vancouver area. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

This place is perfect. It was our first time on the west coast and they had all kinds of suggestions all the way from food, things to do, and local dispensaries. We have never stayed in a guest house and were skeptical but ray and Tina make you feel like your right at home. Would 1000 percent stay here again

Tina and Ray’s space is a nice, private suite in a quiet neighborhood. They really went out of their way to make it cozy there. Great spot for a great value.

This apartment is comfortable, stylish and convenient to the restaurants and breweries in Uptown Village. We happened to stay during the coronavirus shutdown, so not much was open, but we are very familiar with this area of town and would recommend this location without hesitation. The bed is comfortable and the linens are well appointed. The kitchen is modern with well stocked pots, pans and tableware. Bathroom and shower is spacious and well equipped. This apartment is an excellent place for a multiple day stay for a couple or small family where you can eat in or out and be close to all of the transportation options. A great apartment in a great location.

I stayed for the weekend and I felt right at home. Remind me of the apartments along the beach in Santa Monica. The accommodations were great for my daughters and I. Marking them down on my favorites list.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this century-old house is very modern on the inside. The inside stair lights are controlled by motion and you have the whole top floor to yourself. The bedrooms were roomy with luxurious sheets on the bed and four different pillow styles to choose from. If you need dark and quiet, the shades pull down to cover the windows. Amenities: books, games, iron, plates, cutlery, 1st Aid, fire extinguisher, a few emergency items in the medicine cabinet like toothbrushes; a keurig, coffee pods, hot chocolate, tea, and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. I didn’t expect all that! Very clean and organized.....overall a great stay and hope to return again!

Prime location! Easy access to freeway, close to all the great coffee shops and eateries in historic Vancouver. Super comfy bed and spacious. I’d stay again.

I was in Vancouver for a class and Jill's place was perfect. It was comfortable and Jill was very responsive, and a great deal. She did add a carpet in part of the space that isn't shown in the photos to help with noise transfer since you are above another unit.

Jill’s space was absolutely perfect for our needs. The attic suite is well appointed so 4 of us did not feel cramped. The beds were very comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet. We had everything we needed to feel home away from home. The space was sparkling clean when we arrived and communication with Jill was very easy. She made herself available to us should we have needed anything, but we didn’t, she had thought of our needs ahead of time! Thank you Jill, we will be back next year!

Our stay here was fantastic. Michael provided a great list of reccomendations for both Vancover and Portland including coffee places and local eats. There is a lovely cat on the property as well who seemed to enjoy cheek scratches. The house was easy to get to and parking was easy to find.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. It felt like my own little home away from home and I would wholeheartedly recommend it! The whole place was very quiet and private and I loved the small kitchen.

Great place to stay with a lot of privacy!

Michael is amazing. We were allowed access to the covered porch, which has a hammock! It was nice having a place to sit outside and not get wet, since it was raining. There is a list of things to do on the table and a list of nifty coffee places. I was surprised to see how good the Wi-Fi was. I had zero problems streaming. The bed smelled amazing, which I have never had happen. 😆

Ray & Tina's place is the perfect place for a short Portland getaway! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, short drive to downtown Portland. Very private and cozy. You get a full kitchen with all the necessary cookware. Highly recommend for couples or small groups!

My favorite aspect of this AirBnB was having my privacy respected and not being bothered or intruded upon at all by the hosts (which has not always been the case with some of my previous AirBnB stays with other hosts). Also, it was quiet and private which was absolutely spectacular! I typically don’t like a driveway with rocks or gravel because I use a rolling suitcase but the private parking spot was so close to the door, it wasn’t an issue. There were thoughtful touches like a full length mirror, an LED type, wall fireplace unit with heat (in addition to wall heaters), Q-tips, cotton balls, hangers, an iron and ironing board. All of which were appreciated. The only issue is I almost ran out of toilet paper! There was only a 1/2 roll for a spare. Other than that, easily rectifiable situation, everything was great and I would definitely stay at this location again.

Rosezena's place was SO adorable and cozy! Very clean and well decorated, with everything you could need in a tiny house (space heater, water jug, even a little kitchen area). Rosezena was very kind and even allowed us access to the main house while she was out of town so we could use their bathroom and shower, which was great. The location was also perfect for spending time in the Vancouver/Portland area. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time booking an Airbnb. Winthrop and his place were great!! The studio was clean, cozy, comfy and just perfect for my stay. I would highly recommend the space!

Absolutely recommend for long stays!

Great AirBnb for long term stays. Affordable and about 10min from the downtown area in Vancouver and Portland. About 2 min from the freeway too, all around an excellent location for food, drinks, and groceries. Two bedrooms, pullout couch, full kitchen, and a gym make the space good for 2-4 people to share comfortably. Our only issue with staying long term was not having storage containers for food we cooked, other than that the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc.

This is a very clean and comfortable space in an updated older home. Though I didn’t take advantage of any of the extras, I appreciated the king sized bed, the quiet atmosphere, the easy communication with the hosts, the clean restroom (with a great shower), and the location - just five minutes or so off I-5. The price was very decent as well. Overall, a simple, easy, and relaxing place to get a good nights sleep when visiting the Portland/Vancouver area.

We had a wonderful stay and the hosts offered the best for our pleasant stay albeit at too short a notice period. The playful pets (a cat and two dogs) were very charming too!

A lovely place to stay. Comfortable room with mini frig, table and chairs. Private bath was very clean. The friendly dogs were a little noisy at times so hopefully you are dog lovers.

A perfect respite for my husband and I as we visited this area to see family over Thanksgiving. A loving welcome, and a peaceful two days of respite from a winter storm were ours blessings. I liked that everything was clean, my bathroom had a nice simple to use shower, it was easy me to come and go each day without a problem, and I liked the refrigerator and books in the room. I enjoy dogs, so the occasional barking did not detract from the experience for me. I will stay here again when visiting in Vancouver.

Janina was a perfect and gracious host. The room was clean and ready for us and very comfortable. Breakfast with farm fresh eggs was a delightful treat. Excellent conversation, good people.

Only spent one night but it was just what I need to clean up and rest after camping before heading home. Everything is clean and well laid out. Thick towels, comfortable bed, quiet off-street location. There are a coffee maker and a refrigerator in the room (with real half-and-half!) but Janina made me a cup of fresh ground in the morning while we visited. Would definitely book again when in Vancouver. Thanks!

Micheal has been our favorite air b n b yet! He’s so warming and welcoming and the place is cozy! We felt right at home! He was very flexible with my toddler also being there! The room also was great for us due to the fact that nobody heard my child when he wasn’t happy about bed time. Haha. Overall! Amazing! Definitely book him!

This was our second time staying and it's starting to feel like home when we come to Vancouver! Michael is very accommodating and welcoming, letting us use whatever we needed to for our small family, and even made my wife coffee one morning! Such a large space for a bedroom so its an extra good value, always clean! There's a fun selection of books to keep you interested in your room if you didn't bring self-entertainment. Overall loved our stay there and will definitely be returning soon.

My stay in Pamela’s room was my all-time Airbnb favorite. The bed was comfy. The wifi was reliable and good. It was sparkling clean. Pamela was the perfect hostess, helpful, friendly, but not obtrusive. She provides little amenities to make one’s stay more pleasant: a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge in the room, an orange, candy, packets of hot chocolate and cider. And the decor! Pamela was a home decorator. Her hone is decorated with a unique flair. I can’t say enough good things about my stay with Pamela.

This will be your home away from home. You’re bedroom has everything you need including a nice comfy sofa. I slept very well on the bed. Pamela let me borrow a humidifier because I developed a cough and was so hospitable. She has a lovely home and welcomes you to enjoy other space besides your room or gives you privacy if you need that! I loved my stay!

This was our 2nd stay almost exactly one year later at Pam’s house, and a special stay for us because Pam’s home was our very first AirBnB experience. Despite staying at multiple homes and rooms during our travels (including a suite in a mansion), Pam’s home is still our favorite; it’s no surprise since she created a rather high standard. Pam is an interior decorator while her daughter Riley is an artist and her son Walker travels around different countries; this is certainly reflective in the stylish and fresh setup of the home. Whether you actually meet or converse with any of them is up to you, as Pam is very welcoming and caters to your needs (their pets are also precious). The house is tucked away in a little quiet and almost secluded neighborhood, giving it a safe and serene feeling. We’ve made this trip twice, driving 12-14 hours from California, but we already know that this home is a definite annual staple for us. Thanks so much as always Pam!

The apartment is huge, pleasantly decorated, and very well stocked with all of the essentials and more. Entry was easy. Communication was excellent. Hosts provided a handy list of good restaurants and other local amenities. We plan to stay at Robert and Jennifer's again when we are back in Vancouver.

The house was beautiful. Tons of space for everyone to sleep and lots of seating around tv and kitchen. Yard is very well maintained and view is gorgeous. Would highly recommend if your in town for convention center or just in town to eat and play. Would feel very safe even coming alone with my daughter. Very easy to access.

Robert & Jennifer have a very well appointed Airbnb. Every thing you need to cook your own meals with. Comfy, clean and cozy. There is a shopping mall close by. And the new Vancouver Waterfront is close by, with wonderful restaurants. The area is still being built. Looks like more wonderful things to come! There is a short walk down a few steps to the Airbnb. It is very spacious. Very quiet neighborhood.

Spacious, clean, lovely location, responsive hosts; home away from home!

The apartment is better than advertised. It is a retreat from the busy, noisy world of work and traffic. The hosts have designed a hypoallergenic space with hardscape and leather surfaces. The nostalgic references to Paris were understated and whimsical. We appreciated the abundance of clean fluffy towels, and the spotlessness of the apartment.

Robert and Jennifer’s place is an absolute jewel! It was more than we expected! Very large, spacious, clean and comfortable. The fireplace and 2 portable heaters were perfect to keep us warm in the cold winter weather. Location was perfectly centralized for our visit as we were visiting friends and relatives in both Washington and Oregon. Definitely would love to stay there again if we ever make it back to Vancouver, WA! Thank you for the amazing hospitality Robert and Jennifer!

Never have my partner and I been in a better equipped apartment. The kitchen was out of a dream, or more realistically, a modern home magazine. What you see in pictures isn’t even showcasing half of how luxurious this place looks and feels. The hot tub was probably our favorite after a long, hard day of MISSING THIS PLACE. There is not a single item, utensil, appliance, etc that didn’t look like it was handpicked out of a magazine. We honestly came here to visit Portland primarily, but even if we went nowhere else during our visit, you wouldn’t hear any complaints. 10/10

Because of her charming demeanor and equally charming accommodations, I have remembered this as the perfect spot to book when I need a quick weekend away. Although we enjoy visiting Portland, Gwendolyn’s AirBnB was the true destination for this trip. She even remembered my favorite artist and had their music playing when I checked in for this repeat visit. The space is stylish, comfortable, and has a hip luxurious vibe. It was a wonderful vacation space even thru our learning experience of how the fancy espresso machine worked. And let's be honest, the heated toilet seat was such an unexpected amenity that was thoroughly enjoyed! I appreciated all of the efforts in setting up such a romantic space. It was the perfect quiet birthday weekend with our own private hot tub - let the cold weather that was moving in be damned! LOL

Basement space, a little cold in cold weather but overall a great stay and great location!

Clean, safe little space for two to crash, with mini fridge, private bathroom and shower, and microwave. Plenty of extra room for luggage or even 2 more people. Neighborhood is safe. It is a basement suite so ceilings are low but if that doesn't bother you it's great!

Emily’s place was a good fit for a couple of nights while I was in town for a sporting event. She welcomed me with a personal note. Her space is nicely decorated and has a great comfortable bed. A desk and kitchenette is perfect.

Keiko was very sweet! My train from Seattle was delayed for about 5hrs and didn’t get to her place until about 11pm and she was very understanding about the whole thing. Quick responses and great communication definitely helped with everything. Her place was just as described. A good place for a valuable price, would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my 3-night stay at Keiko’s place. Conveniently located close to the freeway, and a coffee shop only a 5 minute walk away, this was in a great location for me. It was also only a 10-15 minute drive away from Portland where my friends live near the Portland Airport. Keiko was a great host. I only saw her once when I checked in, but she sent me a couple of text messages over the next few days to ask if everything was ok with my stay. Very thoughtful. Great value and convenient location! Would definitely consider staying again if I return to WA or OR.

Stayed here for 3 months. Excellent location right off I-5. Keiko is very nice and always responds to messages within minutes. I only ran into her a few times during my entire stay here as we had different work schedules. Would highly recommended, especially for long term stay.
