Lovely little cottage with outdoor bath invites you to quiet and relax in natural surroundings. The house has an outdoor kitchen with dining area, and large terrace. The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, connected kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can swim most of the year while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking routes.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

Stay centrally in Vordingborg in a former studio in the old boulevard district. From here, you can easily visit Denmark's Borgcenter and the Gåsetårnet, listen to concerts at STARS, experience theater in Pavillon K, dine at the city's restaurants, go to the swimming pool and much more - and both the forest and the beach are within reasonable walking and cycling distance. Nature, aesthetics and calm – renovated 70s house with handpicked finds and lots of wood! The house sits front row to Avnø Fjord, with direct access to the salt meadow and coast, and lovely views of the fjord. Nature is close: hares and pheasants often pass by. The fjord is shallow and good for SUP, canoe and kayak. Outside: a fire pit and outdoor games. Inside: a wood stove, board games and a well-equipped kitchen.

Ore Strand is an extension of Vordingborg city, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and lots of nature and cultural experiences. It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.
