Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Luxury Sea View Apartment

Luxury apartment in Lerici overlooking the gulf with two designer bedrooms and bathrooms, large open living room and kitchen space perfect for dinners and socializing. Next to the building is a set of stairs that takes you down to the main piazza in Lerici in 5 minutes. The main square is full of restaurants, bars ice cream shops and everything you may need. You can sit back and have an Aperol Spritz in the evening while watching the sunset along the sea. Free parking but smaller car is required

A lovingly restored 250 year old home, La Tranquilla is a well appointed and peaceful sanctuary for your holiday. Located in the old section of Tellaro, just a one minute walk to the swimming area and the marina. Enjoy stunning sea views from the terrace while sunning, eating and drinking. You will feel like you are resting in the hand of Tellaro as you watch the sunset over the sea. A comfortable bedroom, unique bathrooms, A/C, and fully equipped kitchen will help make your stay perfect.

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

The Tower

Lovely little house in the heart of Lerici. Situated in the oldest part of town next to the Castle, it has a view of the islands and Portovenere. The entrance to the house is through a garden, and to get there one can walk multiple paths through the oldest streets in the village, or take the public lift that takes you to the castle place. A quiet area, with two balconies, and a few minutes from shops, restaurants or the ferries that goes to the Cinque terre, Portovenere and Tellaro.

Apartment in the center of Tellaro, Liguria

Elegant apartment located in the historic center of Tellaro, a stone's throw from the sea. It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower. The second entrance allows direct access to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

We are immersed in nature. The tower, dating back about 500 years, an important port signage through a lighthouse for all mainland seekers, is the highlight of the house. Private access to the beach and the view will be an unforgettable experience. The house built in the rock under the castle of San Terenzo, in the Gulf of Poets, gives the guest the opportunity to feel safe.
