Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Son Galta is a natural stone finca is situated in a spectacular location on a hill in the est of Mallorca. The panoramic view from Costa de los Pinos to Calas de Mallorca is stunning. The terraces and all the rooms overlook the sea and the Sa Punta d'en Amer peninsula. The home offers 3 bedrooms on 2 floors. Next to the covered terrace with dining table is a modern gas barbecue. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house.
