Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sa Ràpita

The four of us (children 15/10) had a great stay in summer temperatures in Theo's beautiful house. I would like to highlight the following as particularly positive: the large and beautifully deep pool in the rear area (great for older children), the beautiful and pleasantly airy veranda even at 30 degrees, on which we ate almost all meals, the very well-equipped kitchen (even baking cakes for birthdays was possible), the comfortable beds and the great communication, helpfulness (rental car) and quick response with or from the host. The parasol stand, for example, was replaced faster than we could look. We only imagined the walking distance to the beach to be faster and more direct; you walk about 1 km on the street through the residential area, then continue through the center of Cala Pi and finally down the stairs to the beach. But that's not meant to be a criticism, it's a top house at a fair price that we already miss.

We really loved this multi-layered villa. Steps and interesting alcoves with plants lead from the street down to the main level with a kitchen, sitting area and two bedrooms, down again to the two other bedrooms, and then down again to a sun deck with the jacuzzi. The sea is reachable by jumping in further down the cliff or via the restaurant just below (which is expensive but quite good.) The view is other worldly. If you book this place, load up with groceries and drinks at a big supermarket (unavailable in Deia) and then make your way to Cala Deia. The road down and parking for a large vehicle (for us a 9 seater van) is a bit too adventurous, but the villa and cove are absolutely worth it. The place is well appointed, apart from beds and pillows which are mediocre, but in total the owner’s family has really put together a unique, thoughtful, and inspiring place. Well done!

Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

Very comfortable villa with good comms from the host. Plenty of hot water and easy to drive to good local restaurants as well as the nearest town for supermarkets etc. Well equipped kitchen. Shared pool was an excellent bonus. I enjoyed the stay a lot.

Margalida’s place was very peaceful and very clean, we had a very lovely stay, would definitely recommend !

Amazing. The owner of the House was very helpful. Super well-equipped house. In the great place for those who want to be far from the confusion. It has a giant pool, very well treated. We just felt there were a lot of mosquitoes getting bitten. It has plenty of space and has everything we need, even those little extras that sometimes are not so necessary to buy. We very much like it, a fairly easy check-in as well as check out. The owner of the house stopped staying until the end of the day.

We enjoyed the hospitality of Carla and her father Luciano very much. The finca is lovingly prepared. Sitting in the morning with a coffee under the lemon tree is simply fantastic. Ses Salines is a beautiful place to unwind and at the same time perfect for exploring the south of Mallorca with all its beautiful bays. We will be happy to come back.

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

Stayed for a week for a swim event. Place was a couple minutes walk to the beach. Really convenient with free street side parking just outside. Eroski was just a minute walk away. And many restaurants within short walking distance. Great place to stay. Will book this again if I come back to Mallorca

This was a fantastic find for us! The place itself was perfect for the four of us, and Hubi was a phenomenal host and guide. He gave us the perfect meal and entertainment recommendations, and we felt like we had known him for years! We’ll plan on a longer trip next time!

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

We had such a lovely stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the most stunning beach, with tons of great restaurants nearby. The area is peaceful and beautiful and the pool was a huge bonus—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by gorgeous views. The hosts were incredible—so friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in super easy. We’d definitely come back! The only small downsides were that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which we’ve always had at other Airbnbs—it caught us off guard since we hadn’t packed any, and the nearby store was quite pricey. Also, the kitchen was missing a few basic cooking essentials like oil, which would’ve made it easier to cook at home. Other than that, everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would absolutely recommend it and hope to return!

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

It’s a beautiful apartment with gorgeous surroundings and beach! The place is tidy and clean. Definitely recommend it!

Great place with amazing setting and beautiful view from the balcony,

10/10 A simply stunning location; unspoilt views of the sea from the veranda to enjoy our freshly baked bread and orange juice every morning listening to the waves and a private garden gate directly onto the beautiful beach that was absolutely perfect for our family with a little toddler getting used to, “la playa” ( the beach toys in the garage made it feel like home for 7 days) “Ciao, La playa” , til next time … We hope to see you again soon, thank you!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

The location was great and within walking distance of local shops, cafes and the town centre. The accommodation itself was spacious, light and airy, comfortable, well equipped, and with great views towards the mountains. The town of Sóller is lovely and well located to other parts of the island via public transport, and the tram to the Port of Soller is a great experience, so too the train journey through the mountains to Palma.

It is a fantastic place to be! The view is beautiful and there is often a nice cool breeze which is very pleasant with the hot temperatures. Everything is within walking distance, the supermarket, the beach, restaurants and even the popular Stadium 63 is literally next door. The host is very nice and picked me up from the airport. I enjoyed my stay here!!
