El dpto de Pilar es hermoso! Tal cual se ve en las fotos . El barrio también es muy seguro y tranquilo. Se puede estacionar en la calle sin ningún problema, y eso resulta muy cómodo . La atención que recibimos por parte de Pilar fue excelente. Estuvo atenta siempre. Súper recomendable , y volveríamos sin dudar !

Melina's place has everything you need. Located in the heart of Villa Urquiza, with easy access to the Subte (Subway) only 5 minutes away, close to a big Carrefour and in easy reach of bars, restaurants, bakeries and vegetable shops, this is perfect. As my husband and I are relocating back to Argentina, we needed a place to stay until everything was sorted. The whole process took a little longer than expected, so we had to extend our initial 3-month stay. Melina kindly agreed for us to stay on at her apartment, so we can continue to enjoy the fine views out towards the west.

Very comfy and spacious apartment in a calm and nice neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The apartment itself is very homey and charming, with balconies on either side that lets lots of natural light in. Fully stocked kitchen and washing machine were key for a long stay. Many great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and a Subte stop nearby that will gets you downtown to the obelisk in ~45 minutes. WiFi was fast and had no issues the entire month I stayed there. Was a great experience!

Martin’s place was comfortable, was clean, was well equipped, we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was we had trouble finding the garage entrance ( we entered the apartment late at night ) , and finding our parking spot ...would have helped to have that info in advance. Check in and check out was very convenient.

Sin dudas, este Airbnb va a mi lista prioritaria para el futuro, lo tiene todo, una buena cocina, buen balcón, los dos aires funcionan bien, el baño está muy bien, para dos el espacio es cómodo, el gimnasio, la seguridad 24/7, la zona y lo mejor de todo, la comunicación con Angelina y Beto.

El lugar es tranquilo y de fácil acceso, tiene lo que se necesita. Supermercado, restaurantes, servicio de transporte a poca distancia.

La atención fue de primera, el departamento supero las expectativas. Es mas grande de lo que se ve por fotos. muy tranquilo el edificio, a la hora de descansar no hubo ruidos molestos. Felicitas siempre estuvo en contacto y a disposición de lo que se necesite. los voy a volver a elegir sin dudas.

Great place near Palermo with great internet and great water pressure. Hosts are super nice and responsive. Super easy, comfortable stay for a month.

Pasamos muy bien, éramos 4, y los 2 baños solucionan la estadía. La limpieza muy bien y está muy cerca de la casa de mi hermana que era lo que buscábamos.

I loved staying in this apartment! Was very conveniently located, felt safe and had a lot of space. It felt amazingly comfortable for a longer stay, and I really appreciated the communication and support of Barbara throughout. The rooftop pool was also beautiful in the sun.

A estadia foi excelente! A localização é simplesmente perfeita, em uma área segura e super agradável…conseguimos fazer muita coisa a pé, incluindo visitas aos melhores restaurantes da região, como Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, além de estar cercado por belos parques. O apartamento é bem organizado, com muitos utensílios disponíveis e uma cozinha completa. Fiquei feliz ao ver que tinha até ferro de passar roupa, algo que nem sempre é comum. A anfitriã Cynthya foi atenciosa do início ao fim: mandou recomendações úteis por wpp e sempre respondeu com rapidez. A portaria 24h nos deu ainda mais segurança, e isso fez toda diferença. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Maria. Ich bin regelmäßig in Buenos Aires und kenne Palermo recht gut. Dies ist das bisher schönste Apartment, das ich bewohnt habe. Besonders der tolle Balkon mit dem Blick in die Calle Voltaire ist einzigartig. Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Leider haben wir nicht die Zeit gefunden, uns persönlich kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank für alles, Maria!

me gustó mucho el apto,cómodo y una vista hermosa. La piscina en el piso 27 es sencillamente hermosa con la hidro es un plus.Laura es una genia.Lo recomiendo 100%

Excelente Monoambiente , completamente equipado , buen WIFI , edificio con seguridad las 24hs y amenities de primer nivel . El depto es en el primer piso pero es bastante silencioso . Hay buenos cafés y restaurantes a muy pocas cuadras . A 4 cuadras del Subte B y varios colectivos en la esquina. Agustina respondió muy rápidamente a cada inquietud . Lo recomiendo 100% .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
