The hosts are very attentive and friendly, the area is very quiet to walk although it is difficult to locate a little. It has some breweries nearby, and a 20/30 minute walk you can get to the Hippodrome or the Unicenter.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

Very nice apartment. With many details that make it quite warm. For example, he had laundry soap, oil, salt, yerba, coffee, and even a complimentary beer. We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. We lived in the apartment for 4 months. Our stay was very good! We didn't have any issues related to the apartment during our stay. The apartment was exactly as described – very clean, very bright, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quite and nice, with easy access to public transportation and various shops and restaurants. María and Rodolfo are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions during check-in. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, helped us with every question we had. We were unlucky that in the neighboring apartment and on the street there was a renovation, so on some days during the day it was noisy. Also in the evenings the neighbors were constantly moving furniture. As we usually go to bed early - this bothered us. We would highly recommend María and Rodolfo's place to anyone visiting Buenos Aires and would definitely stay here again ourselves
