Beautiful apartment and the town where it is located. The owner is very kind, always attentive to coordinate the check-in and check-out times of the dpto.

The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

Adrián is a wonderful host—always kind, helpful, and welcoming. I come to Buenos Aires almost every year, and I always choose to stay here. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

The place is comfortable and has a great view. The location is strategic, close to main tourist sites. We arrived before our reservation and they were able to welcome us very kindly, from the reception staff to Silvio.

Fernando and Clara's apartment in Palermo Hollywood was the perfect place to stay while exploring Buenos Aires. The building itself is fantastic, with two pools, a sauna, gym and laundry onsite. There are also great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the neighborhood. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had a question. They even worked with us on the check in/out times so we could get into the apartment after a long overnight flight. We would definitely stay with them again during our next trip to BA!

We had an excellent experience in the apartment of host Adrian through Airbnb. From the beginning, he was extremely polite, attentive and always responded quickly and cordially to all our messages. The apartment is complete and was impeccably clean and organized. We found everything we needed, and we were even surprised with treats like coffee capsules, water, Coca-Cola, alfajor, soap and shampoo. The bed and bath items were clean and very fragrant, which made our stay even more comfortable. The condominium is very quiet, and the view from both the apartment and the heated pool is simply spectacular. The photos in the ad are totally faithful to reality. The location is also a great advantage: close to the Mercado de San Telmo and surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and ice cream parlors. In addition, there are subway stations

Wow! Perfect apartment and perfect communication! Five-star apartment! I didn't miss anything, everything worked great! The apartment is on the first floor but it is very, very quiet (something important and unusual in Palermo, and I was staying for a weekend!). * Please note that there is a laundry service in the building, but there is no washing machine in the apartment. Marcelo always responded to me immediately, was kind and willing to help. Thank you

The apartment was super bright and very comfortable. The internet was stable enough to work and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Marcia was always attentive and even got us a bombilla so we could drink mate.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Clean bathrooms, with a nice size, bath and face towels are available. Very good shower, spacious, quiet, dark rooms (if necessary), large living room, practically complete kitchen, wonderful beds, great duvets, apartment is warm even without the air heating on. Let's talk about the location, which is excellent, several cafes around, and several others within walking distance. Easy access by car, and it is also very good by bus. There are bakeries, supermarkets, kiosks, butcher shops, everything nearby. Amamos

The apartment has all the amenities. Very quiet area. Shopping/places nearby. In general, everything in the area is quite close. I would definitely contact Flor again if I go back. Flor was always ready to help, and recommended several things to do. Very friendly.

I planned to stay for one month and ended up staying for six. The apartment isn't cramped for a studio. It gets a ton of natural light, and the sun hits the balcony directly in the morning in a way that's just perfect. There's strong, reliable internet for taking video calls if you're working remotely. Villa Crespo is my favorite neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Everything you need is here, and the people, bars, restaurants are much better than the touristy Palermo(s) if you prefer a more laid back vibe. The apartment is 20 minutes to beautiful Parque Centenario and close to Parque Los Andes as well. Easy to walk up into Palermo, Chacarita, etc. when you need to. Great connection to many bus routes and the metro B-line. Multiple gyms + grocery stores within a few blocks. Anto herself is the best AirBnB host ever. Super responsive to anything I needed like fixing the calefon (hot water) or rescuing me when I locked myself out once. I feel extremely blessed to have stayed here!

Well located, a very functional apartment, perfect for 2 to 3 people. Bus stops nearby and a Carrefour Express nearby for shopping.
