Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

Great place to stay, great communication. Highly recommended for families or groups. Very spacious , cozy and includes everything that was needed, everything in working order, including washer and dryer. The design in the home was very nice! Thanks to the host who was very helpful. My family and I felt right at home. Would definitely book again!

Our stay with Juan was very smooth. The house is very nice; we stayed in the upper level. We did not have any issues with downstairs neighbors, and access to upper level is secure making it feel very safe. We had issues with warm water, and Juan was efficient in getting the issue fixed. He gave a good recommendation for breakfast and was generally quick in response when we reached out. If given the chance, I would stay here again.

It was more than we expected. The area is quieter than where we live. It was comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for a family of 9. It was very clean. Every store or restaurant you can think of was like 4 minutes away including Sam’s Club, Costco and Walmart. I hope to stay here again!

This is a real raw review I love the fact that the host was very responsive and very much attentive. The location is very private which I loved. The location had plenty of room as well and very clean. I would stay here again and I’m very picky so that means a lot to me.

Great stay, great location. Very close to the airport and was very close to the places we visited during our stay. Great host, responded quickly to any questions.

Just the Airbnb we needed. It was a small drive to the well known tourist spots and ofc surrounded by many food locations. It gets very pleasantly noisy at night with the coqui, makes you gts right away! Very nice host btw

Excelente ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto y buen precio. El espacio ideal, limpio todo. Lo único que no tiene es WIFi, se debe considerar instalarlo por alguna necesidad o emergencia.

Beautiful home, exactly how is described and shown. Cozy , clean and comfortable. Location is great near Old San Juan, Santurce, El Yunque , shops , the airport , beaches and other activities. Irma is very responsive and provides you with great information of things to do in the area. I would definitely come back here on my next visit😊

Rosa y Chris estuvieron siempre muy disponibles para cualquier cosa durante nuestra estancia. La verdad la casa estaba muy cómoda e igual a las fotos. La limpieza no estaba impecable pero todo estaba recogido y ordenado. El aire acondicionado servía perfecto y nunca se nos acabó el agua caliente, aún siendo 6 adultos y 2 niños. La ubicación del barrio no era la mejor pero estaba muy cerca de la avenida y otras cosas que hacer. Muchos restaurantes alrededor y un parque para niños muy cerca también. La verdad sí nos llegaríamos a quedar aquí otra vez!

Lymarie was a great, walked me through everything and I was very nervous. this was my first time in a air bnb but she made it a great experience for us. the house was super cute and just as the photo she posted. The handbook binder with instructions was extremely helpful with rules posted around the house was a great touch for the kids. the family bio was such a nice way to connect with the roots of PR and the family. The bedrooms were perfect had everything we neded . I definitely recommend and will be booking this home again our next trip.

Enrique & Sandra’s place felt right at home! The location is private and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool so much & the view from the deck was amazing. It was located in an area where everything was close by. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for 4 nights and John was truly an amazing host. The place was super nice and super neat. Super close to many areas as well as only a 10-minute drive to the airport which was super convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying around the area, very secure.

La casa nos encantó y cumplió con mis expectativas. Fácil la ubicación , Giliana me contestó en todo momento rápido. Llegue a la casa y una luz no estaba en servicio la del pasillo y Giliana en menos de 15 minutos me resolvió la luz . El trato fue muy ético y nos sentimos muy cómodos. La pasamos espectacular en la piscina. La casa tiene cerca colmados tiendas reconocidas y súper cerca del centro de convenciones que era lo que yo necesitaba. en fin....: CLARO QUE ME QUEDARÍA DE NUEVO 🏐👏🏼🇵🇷🤩

Love the place and close enough to most things only things we’re neighbors dogs barked all day all night and sometimes woke me up other than that great stay
