The pool area was amazing. It was good enough for my little birthday vacation. It was comfortable. Space was nice and cool. The lady was great. Everything was pleasant. my family and I absolutely loved our stay. when we arrived our host was there to make sure the place was clean. the pool is larger than expected. the area is central to many places. (about 10 min away) and things to do. we traveled with a minor, and we felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. when we messaged asking a question. she responded promptly. my family would most definitely return in the future.

Had a great stay at Germans home! Everything was clean and very comfortable. Its a great spot and very centric to local places we visited!

Jose’s Place was exactly what you see in his pictures. The place was clean and fresh. Bathroom was nice and clean!! AC only in the bedrooms but living area stayed cool with ceiling fans. Have a very nice sitting area outside. The only thing that I can say that will help others is to bring your own face towels. They provide two body towels per room. They provide body wash, shampoo stuff for you. We had no problem with the location as we had a rental car and they provided us with a parking spot. The nightlife we uber around. Parking is terrible!! It was quick and easy to Uber so you want get stuck looking for a parking space. Some of the great places to eat that we enjoyed: Bristol Cafe try the Shrimp Tacos delicious. You want be disappointed. Tijuanua Bar and Grill, lamb chops were awesome!! Just to name a few. We will definitely stay again at Jose Place. Help him keep it nice by treating it better than your home. It’s No Smoking at all in or on the property!! I Love it smells Great

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

Definitely a 5 star stay, the host is great and the neighbors are kind. The area is close to everything and Ubers are always available . The rooms are clean, the bathroom is well stocked and over all is a homie vibe!

We stayed here for about a week. The place was very clean and well maintained. When we arrived we noticed that this place was stacked! From having a speaker, dominos, cooking supplies, snacks and a few complimentary beverages after a long flight was nice. The pool was a nice amenity to have along with the outdoor patio. Overall great stay!

Enmanuel was great. He is extremely responsive, and very accommodating to our needs. His apartment was nice, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Although we were barely in the apartment, when we did stay in, we felt at home. The area is very quiet and people are very friendly and courteous. We would most definitely consider staying in his Airbnb, if available on our next visit to Puerto Rico. We wish him the very best with his business and many blessings 😊

Great host from beginning to end. Made sure we arrived ok (we missed our first flight) stayed on the phone until we reached the house even though it was late. Very fast response. The home was beautiful. My kids loved the pool. It was perfect for our little family get away. I will definitely be returning

This is a real raw review I love the fact that the host was very responsive and very much attentive. The location is very private which I loved. The location had plenty of room as well and very clean. I would stay here again and I’m very picky so that means a lot to me.

Great place to stay at.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience! The property was beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool was a major highlight—with a waterfall feature and lights that made it feel extra special at night. The outdoor area overall was spacious, stylish, and perfect for hanging out or taking great photos. The hosts were also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well during my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and smooth experience. I’d definitely come back!

Great property. So many amenities! From the domino table and billiards to the pool and jacuzzi, it was an amazing outdoor space. Rooms were comfortable. Internet went out first day and Albert responded immediately. Both hosts are extremely responsive. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

The place is in a perfect location. Lots to eat and beach is super close. Ubers to get around were not expensive either and the host is so easy to communicate with. It’s a really nice place for a quick getaway with a friend or partner.

When we first arrived, the set up and the view. Absolutely stunning. There are also blue lights for the night that was a great mood setter. Really love colored LED lights and was pleasantly surprised with this feature. AC works very well and the TV had plenty options. We went down to the beach and rented the jetskis that was slightly to the left of the beach access gate for the building. Bugs were not an issue at all. Amazing experience here and would definitely come back. The hostess is also very kind and gave clear instructions for everything and i felt very safe here. Security in front is always on duty.

Great place to stay! Mix of residents and short term rentals. Short walk to the beach, restaurants surround the building, and easy access to busses (usually off schedule though) going to airport, old San Juan, and less crowded beaches to the east. Some nightlife about a half mile west is also busy, even during week nights. Very easy self check in and check out.

Our group is happy and pleased with this Airbnb rental. The ambiance was amazing, the house was clean and comfortable. Worth every dollar we stated for 4 nights wish it was longer!
