This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Amazing location and place in Ostia! Walkable to beach and train station. The terrace was wonderful for our family is 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful.

We stayed 4 days, the house has recently been renovated so it is very clean, the view from the terrace is exceptional so much so that you can even stay for hours to admire the bay, new bathroom and also the well-equipped kitchen even if we were on the beach and we used it little. I highly recommend booking this house.

Perfect for us in the middle of the old town with a fantastic completely undisturbed roof terrace with 365 degrees view of the city and the sea. Top cozy apartment with everything we needed - beautifully decorated with a living room and a large bedroom and a cozy office space. In addition to a good kitchen with everything we needed. In the center of the old town with a square and several restaurants nearby and a small convenience store around the corner with fresh bread and everything we needed. Pulsating Italian life. So that someone in their comment suggested noise from the restaurant on the ground floor. A little loud Italian on Saturday, but for us it was just charming and you just have to close the window to avoid the noise. Also saw a comment that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment. That's not true, fire alarms are installed. Summary from us, - perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). Domenica and her husband were great hosts and made me feel right at home. They transported me to and from the train station. Private unit downstairs, with fully equipped kitchen. Walked to amazing local restaurant Romoletto. The unit was clean and spacious.

The Host is extremely attentive and ready to help. The place is spectacular! Wonderful location. We were greeted with a delicious wine to commemorate our arrival. Gratitude only.

Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

The house responded very well to our need for family reunions. Everyone had their own space and privacy and we really enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet area and close to the sea. Danilo is a welcoming host and was available to answer our questions and concerns.

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

This place greatly added to our vacation. We came to Claudio’s villa after a few days in Venice. Claudio’s place was exactly as described and so much more. The beautiful outdoor space provided a tranquil setting for us to retreat to after touring with the crowds in Rome. We enjoyed the quiet life of the oceanfront town and its easy walkable access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. But the real gem was our access to Claudio. Not only did Claudio provide a respite but also all the extras : a fully stocked refrigerator with everything needed to make our first meal as well as daily transfers and pickup to and from the train station. He also took us to the airport at 4am. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we would book with Claudio again without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

We used this home as a base while visiting family in Formia and Itri, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos — something that rarely happens with rentals! The backyard patio and pool area were perfect for hosting family, and the garden was absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained. We had everything we needed, and Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged for a few packages to be delivered to his Conad store ahead of our arrival — which was a lifesaver after nearly 36 hours of travel. During our stay, we spent many relaxing days at Aeneas Landing in Gaeta (you can rent an umbrella for €180 and enjoy the chairs even after 6 p.m.). We loved dining at Contrasti Bottega Gastronomica and also took a great day trip to Pompeii, finishing with dinner in Naples at Al Faretto. We cooked several dinners at home too, and the kitchen was well-stocked for it.
