Bath has a large shower and a residential toilet. Outside there's a gas grill & an outdoor shower for 2. 25' of covered & lighted parking for your boat-vehicle . Dollar store, fishing supplies and Carrice Creek boat launch all a short walk. NO SMOKING, Vaping, Pets, Parties. Anywhere on the property.

Very clean 3 bed 2 bath Double wide trailer with 2 carports centrally located on Toledo Bend. Each bedroom is has twin beds. Master bedroom has bathroom with shower. An addition bathroom with shower is shared between 2 bedrooms. Living area has 2 fold out couches. Flat screen tv with firestick. Kitchen has microwave, range, fridge and deep freeze. Cookware and utensils are available. Bar top seats 4 and dinning room table seats 6. Front porch is covered and has picnic table and ceiling fan.

Great choice for a peaceful family vacation, excellent choice for tournament fishermen trailering in and out, features a pull through driveway with a 42' covered carport. Very cozy and comfy equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Neighborhood boat launch right down the street, and 6 Mile boat launch a mile further down Hwy 87 if you would want to park at the launch.

Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

Beautiful camp right near the waterfront. plenty of fishing very accommodating, clean, everything u need is already there. Plenty of stores and bait shops in the area. Its a pleasure booking with Mike answered all of our questions and guided us throughout the week for our stay. Will definitely be booking again soon!

Hot Tub -Private Beach -Lake Front Escape

I don't see how any other home in the Toledo area could beat this beautiful home. The view is breathtaking, the dock is perfect for fishing, and the beach made our stay worth every penny. It was so relaxing to be able to sit in a lawn chair, with your feet on the beautiful white sand, and relax and watch the boats (and geese) go by. Plus at night, my adult kids loved the hottub and the giant TV on the back porch! Our family had nothing but good to say about our stay and we plan on going back here, year after year, to make vacation memories.
