This is a 1,645.9m2 private villa with a spacious living room, indoor barbecue room, and a 10-minute walk to the sea. Standard 10 people (up to 20 people, reservation available after consultation). There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. Please do so after your arrival. When booking for more than 2 nights, the additional charge is only for the first day. It is a private pension like a villa used by one team in a pension house (1st and 2nd floors). Each room has a queen and a double bed, a total of 3 beds. Mattress bedding is provided in the attic of the two-story loft structure. It is a private house where many people can enjoy in one space, such as a large flat road family gathering workshop. Only one team uses it. Enjoy barbecue (winter season, rainy season barbecue room) and campfire in the cozy garden. Enjoy karaoke on a large TV in the spacious living room. 3 minutes to Josaan Beach, 5 minutes to Nakshan Beach, 15 minutes to Hajodae Seoppyeong Beach, 20 minutes to Sokcho, 10 minutes to Daepo Port, and 5 minutes to Sol Beach Resort by car.
