Such a cute little place to stay! The grounds are lovely and it's so nice that we were allowed to use the fire pit if we wanted to. Everything was so great! I do want to point out that the shower is in the bedroom, which isn't on the listing so far as I could tell. It was fine since my friend and I are close buddies, but just want folks to be aware!

We loved our stay. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Great location, easy to walk to town and restaurants as well as numerous hiking and nature nearby.

We had an excellent time in the Sonoma area and the stay at Kate’s was wonderful. The space was actually larger and more spacious than I expected and was very nicely appointed. Perfect for a couple! The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood and the grounds the cottage is on are beautiful. We spent nearly everyday out and about in Sonoma and Napa and the cottage is in great location to experience both areas. Easy driving and about 10 minutes to downtown Sonoma. It was nice to open the french doors in the morning with a cup of coffee to hear the sounds of the morning birds. We truly enjoyed the quiet of this location after long days of wine tasting and exploring busier areas. We would certainly stay again and recommend this location to other travelers. We miss Sonoma already!

Lovely cabin, a little out of town, next to a wonderful area of trails. Had a great time. The pellet stove was a little intimidating at first but then I realized how simple it was. It’ll be cold in the cabin in the morning, but that just makes the big comfy bed feel that much cozier. We couldn’t have been happier there.

Mark was a great host and we would love to visit again! With the hand delivered bakery treats, beautiful scenery, and awesome location this stay is wonderful and highly recommended for a visit!

Sarah’s cottage was amazing! It was a three perfect little getaway spot for me and my partner. We enjoyed staying there after a day in Napa.

Nancy's place had windows everywhere, and was light and bright. It was so charming, set away in its own space, with a nice little patio. Felt very cozy and comfortable and worlds away from everything. In case you need a friend to keep you company, the dogs are around for some pets and a game of catch the stick, or for guarding the orchard. I liked the peace/quiet at night, but also liked knowing we were relatively close to town and didn't have to drive far to access food and the beach. Nancy is a special host with deep knowledge of the area, and is a great communicator. Could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend her cottage for a stay if you need some R&R.

What a gift and complete joy to stay here! The directions were perfect and we easily entered on the gravel road, even with our very low, little Prius. On arrival, we were delighted to find the beautiful, simple and lovely cob house set in such a lovely setting. The view from bed was just incredible and my husband particularly fell in love with the stump shower with ferns growing where you stand. We were able to cook easily in the kitchen by just bringing a backpacking set of pots/pans, but she had cups, silverware, and yummy teas. But, by far, the best part was Katy who was kind and open. We enjoyed getting to know her and loved walking through the gorgeous garden she has built over the years. We left well-rested, energized and inspired!

this was such a luxurious, relaxing stay! sparkling clean, smelled fresh and looked like no one had ever stayed before me. there’s perfectly placed storage for everything, beautiful applinces, a dreamy shower and extra comfy + cozy furniture. you can open it up to feel even bigger with the patio, i enjoyed most of my meals and wine out there with a book. this space was a reprieve for me with enough nature to relax without committing to being outdoorsy. the property as a whole is beautiful and secluded while remaining conveniently located— i love having the combination of privacy but a nearby host as a solo traveler to feel comfortable. do yourself a favor and stay here with your partner, bestie or take a solo couple days off like i did. PS — any plant based friends MUST try Blossom & Root in downtown Danville, amazing food and drinks!

We had a great stay at The Mini Retreat! The location was easy to access, and check-in was seamless. There was plenty of street parking available, and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Despite being a tiny home, the space felt surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully designed! The amenities were great, the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the place was spotless, and it even had a kitchen which was a big plus for us. We definitely recommend this cozy spot to anyone looking for a unique and convenient stay!

Eugenia’s place and Eugenia and her husband are fantastic… One of the most comfortable organic cotton beds I’ve ever slept on, the most enchanting, beautiful property, and every appliance state of the art, efficient and intentional with the touch of love. Eugenia brought me teas, and various unconventional items I asked for. And the natural light and airflow were wonderful. And very healing and the most peaceful and healing neighborhood I’ve stayed at in the East Bay. For anyone looking for a healing retreat, Book this place as soon as possible

We had a lovely time at Richard and Yuka’s guesthouse. They were very kind and welcoming. We could access all the Sea Ranch amenities if we wished to do so (pool, pickleball, tennis, lodge). We took some gorgeous walks a short drive away. The Sea Ranch Chapel is a wonder unto itself. Any restaurants require a bit of a drive and the guesthouse has limited cooking capacity so do plan ahead. Overall a lovely stay with a lovely family.

Thank you Russ for having us! Gorgeous view, surroundings, and quality touches like the twinkle lights on the deck and black out curtains. We were happy to have our dog come along as well, and the dog park just 10 mins away. A spectacular deal, you won't regret staying here. Hope to come back sometime soon!

Karen's place was amazing! It looks beautiful in the photos and even better in real life. It's so peaceful—we saw deer and foxes from the balcony. The wonderful view from the hot tub is also so nice. It's one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Location, privacy, size, etc, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough good things about the cozy cabin we stayed in. If you want a timeless, disconnected, cabin-in-the-woods experience, stay at Juliette’s place. Wish I could live here all the time… the host Peter was super kind and welcoming, too. Ask him about Mendocino in the 70s

We had such a great time!! The amenities were so amazing! Paddle boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, fishing poles were so amazing! We did not leave except to go to the bait and tackle store! It was amazing! They were so kind and attentive! we had a wonderful time

Very cute and clean cabin. Morning coffee on the upper deck seeing the sunrise was amazing. Only Negitive was the Lake Flys at night . But would stay again !

Cara’s place is a gem and we’re glad we found it. The perfect getaway from the busy Bay Area. Certainly, the creek just beneath really is the unique part of the whole experience. Of course we loved the hot tub and all other amenities too!

While my boyfriend and I’s stay was short, it was everything we needed for the night! The cottage is super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the private outdoor patio as well- was a nice touch to the space! The cottage was great for our one night stay in Chico- we hope to be back sometime for longer!

An ideal relaxing place right by a beach oasis. Sigward was really thoughtful about our stay and overall experience. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone.

We were visiting Yosemite with my husband’s family and this was our place to crash because everything else was booked or too expensive. Joe’s place was perfect!! We found it easily, even in the dark, and it was so comfortable after a long and exhausting day of hiking and driving. The drive from Yosemite to the Airbnb was about an hour and a half, which wasn’t bad at all. Everything was clean and comfortable. The coffee in the morning was a true blessing! We didn’t even hear or see the aforementioned squirrel 😂 Seriously so glad we took a chance on this place and stayed here.

We felt right at home and the home had just the right touches of modern yet we still felt like we're in a cabin tucked away in the forest. All the amenities provided were very well thought for. We will definitely be coming to enjoy the area.
