Slap af med hele familien i dette fantastiske sommerhus i Sæby i Nordjylland. Sommerhuset ligger kun 100 meter fra stranden, nyrenoveret og i rigtig fin stand. Nyd frokosten fra terrassen med havudsigt, og der er terrasser på alle husets sider - 2 overdækkede. Sæby havn er i gåafstand - kun 2 km. Kort afstand til både centrum/butikker, skov hvis I er til MTB eller gåture. Der er 2 SUP boards med våddragter og alt udstyr klar. Betaling for forbrug El, Vand, brænde, wifi er kr 200 pr uge.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Slap af med hele familien i denne nyrenoverede bolig. Boligen består af et rummeligt køkkenalrum, 4 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser, stue og et dejligt udeområde med plads til både hygge og leg. Boligen blev renoveret i 2025 med fokus på at skabe ro, hygge og plads. Huset er kun cirka 250 meter fra strandet, så der er rig mulighed for at nyde den smukke natur, du finder i Sæby. Forbrug afregnes efter forbrug. Det er muligt at leje håndklæder og sengetøj til opholdet, hvis det ønskes.

Just below the house is the beach promenade - walk along it into the harbor and visit the lovely eateries and feel the atmosphere. Kitchen-living room: fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove (induction), dishwasher. Bathroom: shower and washing machine. 6 good sleeping places divided into 3 rooms. Exit to wooden terrace. Electric car charging possible (Monta).

You can reach the city centre of nearby town Sæby by foot along the beach – or a short drive. Spacious green garden with 2 undisturbed terraces and dining areas, a barbeque and a fireplace. Pets are not allowed. NB: Rent includes heating, electricity, water, WiFi, towels, bed linen and basis products. Exit cleaning fee of 650 DKK

Attractively located in the heart of Sæby - in the old town - close to church, marina, beach, city parks, city center and forest. All within walking distance. The house is on two floors with 2 bedrooms with double beds located on the first floor. In addition, there is access to a travel bed with an extra thick mattress.

Fra huset kan du følge livet på havnen, gå en tur langs vandet eller blot nyde en stille morgenkaffe i haven.
