In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. Lovely living areas and garden. A home close to park and morning dip yet central. A perfect accommodation if you like to fish. The listing includes bed linen and towel, which I take care of after your stay but as a guest you are expected to leave the place in nice and clean condition. If I need to clean after you, it is charged with extra cost of SEK 1500.

Welcome to this beautiful and modern semi-detached house. Here you live just 100 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern in a scenic environment. Enjoy swimming, fishing and forest walks right outside the door. A smaller boat harbor is available with a launch ramp for guests with their own boat. Bed linens and towels are not included, but it is available to rent. Also final cleaning available for purchase. Message the host and we'll fix it.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska.
