This cottage is located on Värmlandsnäs, a peninsula known for the most hours of sun in Sweden. This peninsula stretches 40 km out into Lake Vänern and is 20 km wide. The cottage is secluded with a large lawn with the forest as the nearest neighbor where lots of, among other things, blueberries and mushrooms can be found just around the corner. The cottage fits one or two families, where the shed offers extra bed space and some privacy. There is a lovely kitchen as well as a charcoal grill and a fantastic wood-fired pizza oven. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub or sauna.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

The guest houses are located in forest of the most attractive area, Bomstad. Most of the houses in the area are so called summer houses, and ours is one of the few for permanent living. The guest houses are close to everything, 300 meter to the water (lake vänern) and the finest beach, 3 kilometres to the hiking track, 4 kilometres to the high way and shopping centre, and 12 kilometres to Karlstad centre. But the guest houses are closest to the nature. It is your choice if you love nature!

Welcome to this beautiful and modern semi-detached house. Here you live just 100 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern in a scenic environment. Enjoy swimming, fishing and forest walks right outside the door. A smaller boat harbor is available with a launch ramp for guests with their own boat. Vänerns vakre skjærgård ligger kun 10 minutter unna med sykkel langs en koselig landevei. På Solbacken har du alt du trenger for å leve det gode liv.

Private beach and hot tubs for swimming. If you want to go out and explore the lake, there are two canoes. On the sun deck, you can enjoy long summer evenings with food and drink.

This newly built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
