This cottage is located on Värmlandsnäs, a peninsula known for the most hours of sunshine in Sweden. This peninsula extends 40 km into Lake Vänern and is 20 km wide. The cottage is secluded with a large lawn with the forest as the nearest neighbor where lots of blueberries and mushrooms can be found on the knoll. The cottage is suitable for one or two families, where the shed offers extra beds and a little privacy. There is a lovely kitchen as well as a charcoal grill and a fantastic wood-fired pizza oven. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub or sauna.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
