Bredsanden, which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, is secluded and is 200 meters away from the house. There is an option to fish in Lake Vänern without a fishing license. You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum on the outskirts of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old Vänern fishing and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Lake Vänern.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

From my charming cottage, it is a short walk to the lake for swimming and fishing and a short drive to other family-friendly activities as well as cultural and historic sites. It is surrounded by nature, forests, farmland and lakes. Regular sightings of wildlife including mouse, deer, beaver, foxes, cranes and endangered water birds. The open farmland on three side means it is light and sunny with views to the lake. A new kitchen is installed in Feb 2024 with all new utilities and dishwasher.

The proximity to the popular lake Ömmeln allows you to see the lake from all the bedrooms in the house. The house is built with harmony in the back, for relaxing and for socializing. Private beach and wood-fired hot tub are available for swimming. If you want to go out and explore the lake, there are two canoes. On the sundeck you can enjoy long summer evenings with food and drinks.

In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

A place for those who want to relax, hike in the forest, stroll in the sand or enjoy peace and quality of life. You often have the area to yourself, even if nearby residents visit the beach on sunny days. The beach is spacious and the cottage is located, so you maintain peace even when others visit the beach. Välkommen till en vacker stuga direkt vid Vänerns strand. Det är ca 50 metern från stuga till sjö och en egen altan nere vid sjön. Intill stugan finns gräsmattor och en egen trevlig tomt. Stugan har en stor altan mot vattnet. Det finns tre stugor på tomten. De ligger intill varandra. -Storstuga med kök, vardagsrum och sovrum med dubbelsäng. -Sidohus med toalett och dusch. -Timmerstuga med ytterligare två sovplatser. Alla ingår i din bokning. Max 4 gäster. Hyresperiod minst 3 nätter.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Here you are close to mushroom and berry forests, swimming in Lake Vänern (ten minutes by car) and your own sauna. Only ten minutes by car to a large grocery store and Säffle with cafes and shops.
