Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! We had a wonderful stay on the Eggbergen. It was truly a memorable experience. The apartment was spacious, beautifully equipped, and offered breathtaking views straight out of a picture book. We felt warmly welcomed and appreciated the many helpful tips we received during our time there. The fresh eggs, and other local produce from the nearby farm shop were a real treat, and we’ll definitely miss the peaceful atmosphere and the cows grazing below the house. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature in a stunning setting!

The accommodation is a beautiful small apartment in Mayas and Rolfs house in the alps of Glarus. It is very quiet and has a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. The apartment is modern, tidy, well cleaned and maintained and offers everything you need (even a Raclette machine and a cheese fondue pot). The BBQ in the garden is a highlight of the apartment and you are free to use vegetables from the garden (depending on availability). They even had bowls for our dog! Communication was super quick and easy. We can definitely recommend this stay!

Spacious apartment and very well organized. The location is perfect because it's very close to both the slopes and downtown. The parking spot is practically below the house. The landlord is very helpful.

Super nice & clean apartment with lots of loving details regarding design! Perfectly equipped kitchen. The big plus: the patio with wonderful views of the Bünder mountains & the Domleschg. We loved the apartment!

We enjoyed our vacation in the accommodation very much. The hikes are all super accessible by car and you can walk to the lake wonderfully with the dog. Here it is recommended to know where the dog beach is, as the bathing meadow has strict dog bed prohibition. The apartment was very pleasantly cold despite the high temperatures outside. The garden is very well maintained and invites you to the aperitif outside, as it is also fenced. We would leave again, highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment is very nice and ideal for one to two families. The apartment is freshly renovated and very stylishly furnished, everything matches the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The host communicated very well and proactively and everything worked perfectly. The surroundings are beautiful for walks, sports and the nearby playground is perfect for children. We had a great time and can highly recommend the accommodation!

We had a five-star experience all the way. Upon arrival, I instantly wished our stay had been longer than merely two nights. Super friendly hosts, squeaky clean appartement, renovated with hearth-felled passion in a sustainable way. The kitchen is well-equipped, both in terms of appliances as in kitchenware. The view from the window was so stunning that even on a rainy day, I could have sat there for hours, watching the clouds drift through the valley, revealing shifting layers of depth and beauty. Clutter-free, yet very cozy interior. After dinner, the snug pillows invited us to connect the high quality beamer provided by the host, a project our favorite content on the huge wall. Great location to start a hike right at the doorstep. Timing allowed us to buy locally baked goods, manufactured by one of the villagers, before moving on to our next destination. Each bite, brought back souvenirs of our stay in Maladers. Definitely hope to be able to book again.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

We can only report good things about our wonderful stay in Jana and Stefan's apartment: everything looked like the photos, tip-top clean, well-equipped in all areas, very thoughtful details, loving decoration, underground parking space. A folder for all eventualities with very detailed descriptions is available. Tips for excursions and restaurants (unfortunately there is none in Schmitten itself), but there is a supermarket. And the view from the balcony is simply magnificent. You also have to accept the quarter-hourly chimes of the village church. Jana and Stefan are super nice hosts. Everything was great - we'd love to come back!

A very well equipped place in a beautiful town. All kitchen items were clearly labelled in their place and instructions were very clear. It was a lovely place to stay on our climbing trip to the area and we would definitely visit again in the future. Thanks!

Wonderful place to stay! We were there with a baby and it was still great to visit. Matthias is a great host! One thing you want to consider when traveling there - the last part of the road should be done in a daylight, we did it in the evening and it was very foggy, so we couldn't see a lot driving uphill, but we managed anyways.

You feel comfortable immediately, the beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. The location is very quiet and the view was enchanting, especially the morning sun on the lake. Would book this Airbnb again in a heartbeat!

I had a super, quiet and relaxing time in the apartment. Everything was perfectly clean and the communication always worked very well! Despite the relatively bad weather, I was able to take some nice walks and excursions on foot. The nature around the apartment is beautiful and the hot tub also served its purpose 👍 Thank you Chiara and family for the pleasant stay.
