Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. La casa è disposta su tre livelli: Ingresso salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con letto alla francese (140 cm), bagno ampio e locale lavanderia al piano terra. Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
