Very nice, clean and well furnished apartment in a quiet location. A parking space is available on the premises. In the kitchen it has everything for cooking. The equipment of the apartment is really top. The hostess is very friendly and helpful and everything worked out wonderfully. We would come back. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a few very nice days in Uwe's accommodation. Uwe greeted us kindly with coffee. We particularly appreciated the quiet location. There is a regional train station and shopping facilities in the village. We were traveling by bike and could easily reach the Königsstuhl and Sassnitz from there. The equipment was as in the photos and ideal for our purposes.

We had wonderful days! The location, the view and the accommodation were just right for us and we would love to come back! The view of the sea and the short walk to it is so beautiful! And we really liked the small shops directly on the square with nice employees without exception. The zoo in Sassnitz is one of the most beautiful we have ever visited.

Actually, you no longer have to explore the island from here - the balcony alone offers pure vacation feeling. But also for exploring, the accommodation is perfectly located. 100% recommended!

Those who book this accommodation not only have a view of the sea, but also the possibility to quickly reach Jasmunder National Park on foot. The place is a great starting point for great hikes. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained and had everything you need. Ursula is a very friendly and helpful woman and ensures that no questions remain unanswered. We will definitely be back - we liked it so much.

Fantastic place to unwind - we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight - pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbor with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also relax and walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked for next year - that says it all 😊

A great apartment. Everything present, very clean and complete. Quiet location with unobstructed views and spacious apartment. From the location, everything is easy to travel: places nearby, such as Binz and Sellin, the chalk cliffs and Prora. Recommend!

A vacation apartment with a wow effect! This apartment is an absolute insider tip - the view of the Baltic Sea is simply breathtaking and is guaranteed to remain unforgettable! As soon as you enter the apartment, you feel completely comfortable: everything is very clean, wonderfully spacious and well equipped with great attention to detail. The well-kept garden is particularly beautiful, inviting you to linger and relax in good weather – a real little paradise. The contact with Margitta was very warm. You can immediately see how important the well-being of her guests is to her. She takes care of you with great attention and cordiality - a real plus!

We had a very nice few days. Putbus is a good starting point to explore the island. The accommodation is super clean, tastefully decorated - very spacious and the garden offers many places to relax. Matteo's tips were very helpful and he responded immediately when we had a question. We will be happy to come back.

An all-round successful stay, which kept what he promised. We stayed at Project Bay over the turn of the year. The apartment was at ground level, with direct access to the garden, which was especially convenient for the dogs. From the window we had a great view of the Bodden and the forest. The immediate surroundings invite you to walk. We only used the coworking area for coffee, but it's impressive and super equipped, and if you're there to work, perfect. Many beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible from the location. We certainly weren't there for the last time and will be happy to recommend Project Bay.

We rented Jules apartment for 14 days and felt at home pretty quickly. The apartment is just as welcoming as the area in Sassnitz, Jule is always easily accessible and has always solved small problems quickly and easily. The apartment is well equipped, big and clean. Our only suggestion for improvement would be just a little insect protection, as the mosquitoes became quite affectionate in the warm summer nights with the window open;) The balcony is perfect for having a cozy breakfast in the morning and watching the deer or the sea on the horizon. In the evening you can end the day with a bottle of wine. All in all a great place and landlady - we will be back :)

Very secluded accommodation, which can only be reached via a very difficult road. Place was as described. Please think about your own towels and bedding! We felt comfortable and our dog always had something to sniff.

We were allowed to spend New Year's Eve at Charlotte's place. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The apartment is very well furnished and looks much larger in real life than in the photos. The location is great: close to beautiful Putbus but very quiet. A highlight was the children's room with a loft bed and a wide selection of children's toys and audio cassettes. We thought it was great and would be happy to come back.

Our stay was really nice. We had issues with the warm water, but despite its being a public holiday, the issues were solved and the communication was spotless about it.

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

Very easy to find, staff in the office very friendly for the key handover, clean and the whirlpool a highlight. Quiet evenings undisturbed on the terrace, sufficiently equipped, everything was there.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

We loved our stay. Things were accurately described and depicted. The host gave clear instructions, provided a helpful FAQ list and was very responsive.

The accommodation itself is a gem! It is not only stylish and tastefully furnished, but also immaculately clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the balcony overlooking the green courtyard, which was also very quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept wonderfully every night. The location is also excellent. Only a few minutes' walk from the city center, in a quiet location, but still well connected. I was able to easily reach all the important sights on foot and explore the local gastronomy.

The sauna is a real highlight, but also the whole other part of the apartment. Very modern and tastefully decorated and there is everything you need. Really great, we spent a very relaxing and beautiful time here 😊
