Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

There are good shopping opportunities, the Baltic Sea and the large Bodden are nearby. There are many sights to discover in the area. The apartment is located in a quiet little village. Opposite is a small children's playground, a spa and an indoor playground if the weather is not so nice.

The apartment is characterized by its brightness, proximity to the sea, the spacious living room with inviting south-facing balcony and the clean decor.

The location of the property is on the Jasmund peninsula. Shopping is available and within walking distance (1 km), the beach is 10 km away. The train station is 300 m away.
