We are on the Costa Brava on an elevation with incredible panoramic view of the sea. 5 'by car to the beach of Playa de Aro, a very fun city with lots of nightlife. Girona airport half an hour. Girona, with its culture and gastronomy at 35 '. Nearby, other cities such as Sant Feliu, Calonge, Palamós and 30 'Blanes, Lloret de Mar, Tamariu and Llafranc. You will love my space for its privacy and exteriors. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets.

Spectacular views (dining room all glass) and 2 SWIMMING POOLS (hours 10 am to 11 pm, Jun/Sep) with garden area (very well maintained), 3 rooms facing the sea and large garden area. Two full bathrooms with bathtub. 45 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona airport. Very well equipped, with air conditioning and heating. Gardens and playground next to the property.

Casa la Vinya, Mar apartment

Casa la Vinya is our cozy house with swimming pool and sauna in which we live and rent the 2 apartments on the lower floor. The villa is located on a sunny hill of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain. Our unique location is within minutes walking distance of the cozy city center and the clear bays with rock and sandy beaches. New! We also rent a sauna to our guests!
