Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

Good bus connections to among other things Majorstua, Frogner, Oslo S, Nydalen etc. Cozy cafes, good restaurants and great niche shops with interiors and clothes in the area. Close to Nordmarka with good hiking opportunities. Plenty of sun on the balcony all day. Sunny time is about 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm

The living room is equipped with a projector that projects straight onto the big white wall, and with the connected Chromecast, you can transform the room into a cinema. The big window has automatic blinds that go up and down as you please. There is a big shower, and the kitchen has a wine cooler.
