I have to say I absolutely loved the house! A lot of updated and it felt so homey. We very much enjoyed the pool and gameroom. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! I was extremely impressed with attention to detail. The house is in a prime location as well! So many things to do that are close. Six flags 20 minutes, water park 10 minutes, Dallas 30 minutes! Ayesha was very responsive to messages! I highly recommend this house and the hostesses!!

Perfect stay and close proximity to TCU. Nice and well stocked kitchen. The neighbors are friendly and quiet.

This was the perfect staycation place for our family while our flooring was replaced in our home. Our young children enjoyed this so much more than they would have at a hotel. Very clean, stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies, and a nice, quiet street. Hosts were very kind and accommodating and we would absolutely stay again.

We were in town for two days to visit family, attend a Ranger’s game, and experience the Stockyards. Great spot just off the beaten path. Comfortable and clean. Safe and secure. Grateful for the fenced yard so our pups could get the wiggles out! Washer and dryer were appreciated as well! Nice place to stay!!!!

This was a perfect cozy space for me and my support dog. Initially getting into the gated Parkway was challenging, so the alternate parking in the street with permit was very useful. Andy was a phenomenal host.

This was our second time at the Poolhouse.......we returned because it is a hidden treasure! It's a fun and peaceful place for our 7-person family. Karin is an excellent host. She has put everything a guest would need in the Poolhouse. She is very responsive and helpful.

Every time I’m hosted by John and his team it is always a pleasurable stay. The area is super convenient as we have access to many activities like shopping- and the space is always clean & inviting. Their communication is always prompt. They are my go to when booking my abnb accommodations for the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ana's place. Ana stopped by to welcome us after we had arrived and to check we had everything we needed. She also stopped by later on to give us some fresh eggs from her chickens which roam about the property - which my little boy loved! Amazing pool and outdoor area and an easy drive to all that Dallas and Fort Worth have to offer. Ana also recommend some great places to eat which we really appreciated. The only minor problem we encountered was that the blind in the main living area was broken so we couldn't enjoy the view out to the garden but Ana was very apologetic about this. Would highly recommend staying at Ana's place.

We had a lovely stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool and my dog felt right at home in the backyard. Lydia was friendly, welcoming, and eager to give tips on the area. I hope to visit again!!

Great stay close enough to Fort Worth center, with many activities right at the condo, and good choices of food within close driving distance.

This house is easily accessible to major thoroughfares, a short drive to grocery stores, and peaceful! Elena stays in the guest house on the property, so she is always there to answer questions and help as needed. The pool area was beautiful, but be mindful that it is mostly deep (I would say 75% is 6ft), so little kids need to have the appropriate flotation devices. Elena provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent (multiple types!), paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We had a great time, and you will too!

It was the perfect spot to celebrate a kids birthday! Had kids staying at other rentals on the property, was nice for my son to have kids his age to enjoy all the amenities the owner offers. We were able to light up the bonfire, owner added more wood for us to stay out under the stars and grill some chicken tacos! Bluetooth speaker with surround sound by the pool was awesome too! Got to play football, volleyball, bow and arrows, frisbee, saltwater pool, bonfire, grill, wash laundry, everyday for 5 days! We used almost every amenity owner offers and I think he appreciates that! A lot of people book an Airbnb and forget the whole point of the stay! My son wants to book every birthday at this location! Will definitely be back another time with Oscar!

Enjoyed our stay. Manny was great and very helpful. Nice place for kids there is a playground, pool, walking distance to pizza and donut shop. Would book again!

This home was really great: Secured, climate, control, and good floor plan. I think the cleaners were in last minute because we couldn't find any towels, just to find them late at night in the dryer. Other than that, hostess was really kind and helpful.

Raj’s home was perfect for our family trip. It was very spacious and clean. Raj was very response and sweet-leaving out toys & baby supplies for my daughter.

We enjoyed our stay, one thing need to fix the outlets in the bathroom are not working. Had to request extension cord and very inconvenient.

The home is bright, clean and modern with plenty of space to relax! Josh was extremely accommodating and communicated well ! My teens loved the gaming set up , our pup loved the huge doggy bed and I loved the comfy beds and sectional. I really appreciated the little touches like a baby crib, doggie door, and plenty of extra linens! I look forward to staying again soon!

This home was perfect for my son’s 8th birthday water party. The backyard was spacious with not only a wonderful patio but also a dog area & fan to keep us from overheating. My family and I stayed up every night until about 3 just enjoying the area. (Core memory) It was a great experience overall. The host was quick to respond to all my questions & concerns. They thought of all the little things & did such a great job remodeling this home. I would recommend this place a hundred times over!

We had a wonderful stay! In town for our son’s graduation from medical school. Plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. Enjoyed the pool, outdoor games and spacious living spaces! Highly recommend this gem!
