There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and induction stove. It is suitable for 2 people. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the house in winter and about 8 minutes in summer. In summer, the guest card with many discounts is included

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
