This house is a very pleasant place to stay and will give you absolute peace and quiet, bordered by meadows and apple orchards, in the vicinity of a small castle. Located in the heart of nature at 450 m altitude, at the foot of the Epine range, 5 minutes from Chambéry.

IMPORTANT: Duplex accommodation with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. For reasons of comfort and safety, it is more suitable for adults and children over 4 years old who are already independent (no childcare equipment), or for 2 couples. Linens and towels are provided. Cleaning is to be done before leaving, for this products and equipment are provided. Insurance: Provide a vacation insurance certificate. Off-season 2 nights minimum. From July 1 to August 30, weeks only, 7 nights.

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5-hectare green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lake Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities accessible 40 m away by car. 18 people maximum (max 14 adults + children. No noisy celebrations or events. July/August, minimum 6 nights.

La Lézardière du Lac - Swimming pool - Pétanque

Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you hardly need to go out... but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure center, with its eco-friendly swimming area, is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional €8.

A break by the lake, alone or as a couple

This is a new studio with private access, independent of our home. The accommodation is attached to our house by the garage wall. It consists of a kitchen and small living room on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Close to Lake Aiguebelette and in particular Sougey beach within walking distance. A beautiful place to stop and discover our beautiful region between lakes and mountains. "Lac d'Aiguebelette" highway exit is nearby.

The Crakenne House

Our house is located in the heart of Novalaise. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).

Welcome to the Escapade Emeraude, a furnished seasonal rental (6/8 people) ideally located less than 300 meters from Lake Aiguebelette. This comfortable house, its courtyard and garden will bring you all the satisfaction for a successful stay. The service includes private access to the municipal port and its pontoon, allowing the launch of any boat. Optionally, you can also use our boat (except during the winter period).

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The place is close to Exit 12 of A43 autoroute. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional people are allowed).

The little lake apartment

31-m² (334-ft²) apartment with a covered terrace and a garden. Beaches and restaurants close to the apartment.
