Surrounded by great pubs and restaurants, it is a picture postcard property, public carpark less than 100 yards away, it has everything you need for a comfortable cosy stay.

Located in a quiet residential road a few minutes from London. Modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The well presented garden has a patio area with a barbeque. Close to the Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour, local restaurants, bars, historic sites, nature reserves, golfing, boating as well as Watford Town Football Club. Average journey into London by train only 20 minutes from Watford Junction or 20 minutes by car. Very convenient for events at the Grove and Wembley Stadium and Arena.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.
