Small 80-m² house located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants, served by the A20 highway and the national road 145. Limoges is 30 minutes away, Gueret is 25 minutes away, and Châteauroux is 45 minutes away. The house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed and bath linens can be rented (notify me in advance). Covered terrace and pets not allowed, non-smoking house.

Enjoy this charming, recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in the city. The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

This charming house can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. It is entirely dedicated to the awakening of the senses, everything is designed to spend an unforgettable time there. Châteauponsac, known as the Pearl of the Gartempe, is a fortified village, built on a rocky outcrop. The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. Artists, fishermen, hikers, lovers of history and old stones, we would love to welcome you to our beautiful region of Limousin.

Charming cottage for 2 people with hot tub

The cottages of the old orchard, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farmhouse, with a porch and an individual front door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from October 6 to April 21) and garden furniture allows you to enjoy the sun; you can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
