It is ideally located 5 minutes by car from downtown Carentan (1.5 km) and 15 km from Utah Beach. With a surface area of 65 m², the house has a living room open to the fitted and equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a double bed. The cottage is adjacent to another house and shares a common entrance.

Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

The Corbinerie gîte is located in the marshes of Saint-Georges-de-Bohon, 20 minutes from the landing beaches. It is located on the same plot as our main residence and therefore in a shared courtyard. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a TV, the fireplace is not functional, an open, fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with sink, and a shower room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with toilet.
